    Very unprofessional cut my car off after a bank holiday and still haven’t turned it on after hours of back and forth about the full coverage insurance I had to have before driving off the lot a week ago. I had to make my first payment after less than two weeks of my purchase and they tried to charge an extra $50 for insurance I already had. They were unprofessional when calling my references not stating their name of the company. They aggressively call and text. All of these things should have been handle the day or with in 2 days of purchase in my opinion. I am extremely dissatisfied they don’t deserve any stars and if anyone knows who or what company we can contact to have them held accountable please let me know.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. They will ruin your sanity. If I l could give this place negative stars - I would. This place is absolutely the craziest place I have ever had a loan through. They are predatory. They are trashy. They are criminal. The customer service reps are honestly some of the worst people I’ve ever talked to. They have hung up on me more than 5 times. They want to harass you any chance they get. RUN. RUN. RUN. I’m meeting with my attorney tomorrow.

    This is possibly the worst auto financing lender I’ve ever dealt with. The representatives are rude and will tell you that you can’t speak with a supervisor. They are no help when it comes to the site they ask you to register to make payments. I am beyond disappointed and with this being the first month I’ve had to deal with them I want to get a new lender.

    I wish I could give them negative stars!!! They are very rude and unprofessional! Simon calls your phone several times in a row the day that your payment is due, he has literally called me 12 times before back to back and won’t leave a voicemail! This is harassment at this point and I am looking into reporting them to the news stations because this is just ridiculous! I cannot wait to refinance my car and be done with this trash of a Company. The reps will argue with you on the phone, hang up on you and everything the worst Company I’ve ever heard of I hope they go out of business ASAP!!

    Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. After paying on time for 2 years my payment card was compromised due to fraud and they threatened to remotely shut down my vehicle. They showed absolutely no flexibility until I had argued profusely for at least 15 minutes. Not to mention their CRIMINALLY HIGH interest rates. One of their employees just hung up on me after I argued their $5 "convenience fee" because they failed to set me up for auto pay on the previous payment. LGM Auto Finance is a predatory company. Do not do business with them.

    I’m only on my second payment… they called me a day before my payment was due and first thing in the morning the day it was due asking “when would your like to make this payment” I was like it’s due today and you called me yesterday. he said “yes so would you like to pay” I said it’s literally 9 in the morning and I have till 5 to pay you should not be calling me until it late. He said “well to avoid calls you should pay it” I lost it. I said there won’t be anymore calls because I pay my stuff on time and it’s illegal for you to harass me so call me again and see what happens. I assure you I will be finding another company to pay my car through and I could care less if my rate is higher. This is insane.

    Charged me 3x for a Ford Focus that had issues since the minute I pulled it off the lot put about 1500 in it jus for it still break down horrible business they need to took out of business

    Zack is funny as ever and helpful. He made tons of jokes instead of putting me on hold. Helped set up a weekly payment plan. Someone give this man a raise.

    I see a lot of negative reviews for LGM but notice they are mostly about employees calling to collect declined or late payments. Well--that's sorta what we signed up for on the dotted line... I needed assistance with my auto loan due to Covid-19 and Sheldon assisted me every step of the way while keeping me informed and letting me know what I could do to help the situation. He always returned my calls and emails and followed through. Sheldon WANTED to help--not just take my money and hang up the phone. If you need to speak to a kind human being about your car loan, I would suggest reaching out to him. No promises he can work magic with your payments, but he will do what he can. The only reason I gave them four stars is because they do business with North Coast Auto which is hands-down the most awful car purchasing experience I have ever had. I purchased a used car that was dirty, had ZERO oil and was on empty. That and they truly take advantage of people with average or below average credit. So they only lose one star by association. Thank you again Sheldon for all of your assistance during this tough time. It is much appreciated! Tonya

    Tried to pay off the car loan through their website. They would not put it through. Said needed bank to verify amount. Bank will not verify over phone. Which I’m glad for. All they need to do is put it through if it bounces back then it’s not paid off. This is a sketchy company. Most of them you cannot understand unless you speak that language. And Lisa is not nice. For everyone that said that. Also they want me to send a cashiers check while the payment is pending therefor they could collect 2 times. So I’ll just wait till payment on their web says denied which it will go through.

    This place is a scam. I will be refinancing with another company as soon as I can. This place doesn’t even rate to have one star. They will not work with you. All they do is play phone tag. I provided documentation several months ago that I get paid once a month and they still take my money biweekly, plus they were taking more than they should have been, an extra 100$ a month out of my paycheck. I asked for an extension for the month of December because apparently I have to pay 3 times according to them. I have contacted the better business bureau because their customer service is horrible. They threaten you over the phone. I was even told to take out payday loans just to pay because they needed their payment TODAY but I told them I can’t pay it for 3 more days. I highly suggest staying away from these people because they don’t care what your situation is and refuse to work with you. They didn’t even have my correct name. I asked to speak to a supervisor several times and was told there wasn’t one available. Then I’m told I would get a call back and never got a call. They shut my car off so now I have no car. These people don’t even provide a receipt when a payment is taken out. They are extremely rude on the phone and can’t give an explanation to anything. STAY AWAY. I’ve made all my payments on time and they still won’t work with you! This company needs to be looked into and shut down!

    STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. they do not care for at at the least. They just take your money. If you lose you debit card they will harass you for their payment not carrying about when you card will arrive. The people that work there have no compassion... Just in the office doing papers until it's time to leave. Worst financing office I've ever felt with and I regret it almost every day. STAY AWAY !

    I traded my car into a Kia dealership. LGM harassed me for days asking for insurance on the car I traded. Ummm why would I keep insurance on a car I don’t have. They called me a liar and treated me horrible after I made every payment on time. The check for the loan was mailed and they keep calling me and just won’t stop. During my loan they were horrible. This place needs to be shut down!!!

    I have been working with Zack as my loan representative for the Past 2years… And he has been amazing dealing with my car loan. He has always been very professional and handled all my problems in a very humble and generous way. I no longer feel like a customer no more, Zack has made me feel like family.     This place is a JOKE!! In everyone’s contract they signed I’m sure they were told they have a 10 day grace period before the payment is considered late. I know I did. This dude SIMON calls me days before it’s day, the days it’s due, even 1 day late to tell me to “hurry up and make my payment” and that “they don’t go by the contract 10 day grace period they prefer it to be made early” I go by what my contract says!! Not what this dude feels he should tell people. I also will be looking into refinancing my vehicle through another company.

    WARNING ⚠️ Please stay away from this place they are connected with Northcoast Auto Mall and both places are horrendous. Northcoast auto sold me a car with a bad motor and I couldn’t get anyone to call me back, so to get their attention I stopped making my payments. LGM their finance company started calling I then explained my problem the lady I was speaking with got very upset and rude actually she was disrespectful. I went through this for months with about 3 different customers service agents ( I use customer services very lightly). I even had one guy calling me and he was very irate and using profanity and harassing me almost on a daily basis, if I would have known then what I know now I would have obtained a lawyer. Eventually I talked to someone from LGM and explained that I had all my payments saved up, but I refuse to pay for a car that I can not drive. They went as far as shutting the car down smh even though it was driveable. I went through pure HELL with both companies needless to say my vehicle never got properly fixed I got fed up and told them to come get the vehicle. No one should have to endure that type of harassment ever!!!

    This place is absolutely horrible. They harass you about your payment that isn’t even due jntil the next day. If your payment isn’t made by 11am they will shut your vehicle off. They are so unprofessional and they have the most disrespectful and nasty attitudes. I am reporting them. Something must be done.

    This is the most disrespectful unprofessional business I have ever ran into my car payment is due today and they will not take it over the phone want me to drive all the way to Independence Ohio to make a payment all morning they won't cut on my car and they keep telling me I got to come out to the corporate office I kept telling them no just run the payment they won't do it now I finally said okay I'm going to come out there to make this payment and now they trying to flip it like I agreed no I didn't I've been arguing with these people all day and my car payment is due today and it's not late this place is a scam North Coast Auto Mall scam do not deal with these people
