Levo Credit Union - Meadows Branch S Louise Ave, Sioux Falls

The branch manager, Shanna treated my Fiancé like absolute garbage. She was completely unprofessional when dealing with her. My Fiancé was confused about what to do with her IRA. All this "manager" needed to explain was that they legally can't give that advice and to look for a financial advisor. Instead, she rudely said "well I can't help you and you need to make a decision now." She goes on to belittle her and treat her as if she were the dumbest person ever. My Fiancé has been with them for 8+ years. Has her business, personal, and credit accounts with this group and that is apparently how they treat her. Needless to say, we are pulling all of our accounts and going to First National Bank of Sioux Falls. We did file a complaint and her boss, BJ apologized and essentially said to just not go to our closest branch to avoid her going forward.

I won’t work with your teller ansie again. Was rude and made me uncomfortable with eve putting money in my account. Probably won’t come back to your location and looking for a new bank that isnt full of judgement and treats their customers with respect. I’ve been with you guys for years and I’m tired of the bad service.

The staff are always so helpful and not judgemental. We have done loans, our house, and many accounts through here and have never been disappointed.

I transferred my car loan & bank accounts to SFCU. Chrystal is amazing & so easy to talk to. She understood my situation & decided that I deserved the chance. I'll never leave SFCU.
