Leominster Credit Union W Boylston St, Worcester

I agree with others regarding the branch manager at the West Boylston location. She is not customer focused, has pre-conceived opinions of clientele and therefore is very unaccommodating. Wow! That's putting it out there! But it's difficult to do business with her. I avoid the branch although the rest of the staff are pleasant and very professional. The Collections Department - specifically Angel Morales - should be commended for his talent, empathy and effective solutions in what is often a difficult and usually personally awkward situation we sometimes find ourselves in after injury, loss of employment, a death, etc. His professionalism and accommodating manor make doing business a pleasurable experience.

They told me one thing, did another and refused to correct it. They admitted they were wrong and apologized. Apologies only go so far when dealing with peoples finances. I crawled as far up the ladder as possible but nothing done to correct their irresponsibility. I highly recommend not using this credit union.

I'm always had a bad experience at this branch. The one in Holden gives beyond stellar customer service. Don't go to West Boylston St. branch.

All I want to do is pay my car loan none of websites works problems every month when I call I'm on hold FOREVER!! THINKING OF USING ANOTHER BANK!!

Do not go here and do not deal with Tammy Garcia i believe her name is! Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Don't know how she can call herself a branch manager. She is so rude!!
