His team (Kathy) made quick time to acquire all of the permanent documentation once we found a home we were interested in purchasing. This was my 3rd home purchase in the last 3 years and BY FAR working with this group I had the best experience. My biggest praise was the people and the genuine drive to help the buyer (me). ASMC is hands down one of the best home mortgage companies in Charlotte. I just closed on a new home and used them for the VA loan. They walked me through every step of the process and communicated during all of it. We closed without any hiccups and even when the VA pushed back a little bit, the team at ASMC worked directly with them to make sure we were able to get the loan! Would highly suggest using this company!
