We did a refinance a few years ago and a purchase this month. Brian is honest, straightforward, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough in making sure the deal gets done on time. Can’t beat those rates and lender credits either. Highly recommend for superior customer service.

Hello all, I cannot recommend Cordie Bogard any stronger. I spoke to at least a dozen refi folks at different companies and Cordie came through with everything she promised. I got locked in to the VERY lowest rate 30 year mortgage rate out there - everyone else was at least a tenth of a point higher. Cordie answered my calls, emails and texts right away, every time. If you're looking for honesty, straight forwardness with a very attentive and understanding refi officer, look no farther than Cordie. If rates come down again, she'll be getting my call again! Paul Neuland was hands down the best lender I have ever worked with. He took time and explained everything to me in simple terms that anyone could understand. Our experience with Lend Plus and it's lending agent, Paul Neuland, was outstanding from start to finish. Paul walked us through every step of the process, was in constant contact, and came up with the suggestion to lock us in at a low rate for 60 days. The rates went up but thanks to Paul and the team we were able to get the low rate that we locked in at. Even when he went on vacation he was in constant contact and checked in on the status of our paperwork and the loan. He made sure that he left us in good hands while he was away. The Lend Plus online portal was intuitive and easy to use. Paul was extremely easy to work with and down to earth. He spoke to my wife and I in a way that made the terms of the loan and the process extremely easy to understand. I feel as though by the end of the process he was not just our agent, but also our friend.

Lend Plus has been the best mortgage refi experience we have ever had and we have had a lot of refi's over the past 3 years. They are quick, communicative and worked in our best interest. They also use a great title company, Western Resources Title that was on top of everything. We even got our investment property approved without an appraisal. Lonnie Pearlman and his team were outstanding. I would recommend these guys over some of the big players like Amerisave and Quicken any day. We were done with both properties start to finish in 30 days.

I did a cash out refinance. I worked with Kevin Cano. Everything you are hoping to have when going through this process was well communicated and clear. Kevin made himself available every time I called with a question or a status update. This loan took maybe 30days and and working with lendplus, specifically Kevin , made it incredibly simple. I have done a few purchases and refinances and I haven’t gotten the communication and promptness that I received with this one. Appreciate the help and the service.

I worked with Brian Kamody between December 2020 and February 2021 to refinance my home and he was an absolute joy to work with. Very meticulous with his work and was on top of everything. There were delays and hiccups during the process as everyone was extremely busy with the low interest rates. He made sure mine was locked in through the entire process and would explain anything in detail if I ever had a question. Would definitely go through him for a loan again!

The worse experience i have ever had. First they gave me a quote that at the end of the day couldn't deliver on. after 60 days they still couldn't close and wanted me to pay extra to keep the rate they had locked me at because by now the rates had gone up. Then because their staff and underwriter was taking its sweet time to get back to me they blamed it on me. My home insurance almost got cancelled because during the process they changed the name to their company but since we didn't close they didn't have the courtesy to change it back to my original lender. During the process I even referred them to my brother and they never answered his calls or bothered to call him back. He started his refinance with someone else and finished right away. I was glad they didn't answer him otherwise he wouldn't of closed either. Save yourself the hassle. this company is a waste of time.

I did a cash-out refi through LendPlus. The entire process took a shade over 2 weeks and I received a great rate and pricing. This is the 3rd time I have worked with this company, using the same Loan Officer each time, Lonnie Pearlman. Lonnie and his colleagues, coupled with the company's online system, make what can be a stressful, and sometimes confusing, process easy to navigate and understand. Having three kiddos, a wife and a busy job (read: no free time!), I appreciate the efficient, customer-first and cost-effective approach used by LendPlus. Yes, it's true that anyone in the market for a home loan has lots of choices, as have I, but I keep returning to the company I trust. Thank you Lonnie and LendPlus!

They have great rates but if there are any issues don't expect a straight answer or ANY answer at all. It took 8 MONTHS to do my refinance. And I stuck that long because every month they would tell me that we are almost there. Then for almost a month CORDIE stop talking to me, no replies to my texts, emails or answering the phone, I had to call from a different phone for her to answer (that is just crazy). They blamed it on the Loan Processor which had quit (I had 3 Loan Processors) and from that point I mostly communicated with the Loan Processors (the second one straight told me before leaving that Lendplus is a mess) . When we finally were about to close then Cordie started to talk to me again like we were best friends and was very pushy for me to do things I needed to do (she wanted to be done within hours during my work hours). WORST experience ever. By the way, the issues were not because of bad credit or any issues of not enough income, etc. (I am not rich but fortunate to be in a very stable financial situation). I just refinanced another property with Ally (I recommend them) in less than a month.
