Lendmark financial was not accommodating to our financial hardships during these difficultly times of COVID-19. Asked to refinance and was given a higher payment than what we already had. Customer service is horrible. Nathan Alvarez was the incompetent employee that we had a poor encounter with.

Very unprofessional, very pushy. They call us every week trying to loan us more money at a 35% interest rate! I keep telling them our goal is to pay off our high interest loan and move on. Now that we've finished paying our loan, I'm waiting for the title of the vehicle to arrive. It has been more than 2 months, and still I have not yet received it! When i called, the lady on the phone said "maybe go into dmv, maybe call dmv, I don't know". Very helpful. How do I track down a title in California when I sold the vehicle in hawaii, and while I'm currently living in Colorado? No one there seems to be able to help. Very unsatisfied from the very beginning, I will not use lendmark again, I highly recommend Not using them.

Very easy to approve and get loan here. The service is friendly fast and can get you your money within the same day, if not within the hour. No hidden high interest rates like those other shady places such as Loanmart. Lendmark is legit and I would definitely recommend. Markus H. at the Santa Ana location is very dedicated and a great help. He responds to your inquiries very timely and will do what he can to be sure you have your money today.
