I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR A FEW YEARS NOW, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. THEM CALLING TO REMIND ME ABOUT MY PAYMENT IS A GREAT HELP, BECAUSE I AM CONSTANTLY BUSY! THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They call several times daily on/after payment is due. I made it abundantly clear that my pay dates vary so might be a day or two after due date. A very rude manager called me and said I need to be on time or refinance immediately to fix payment date... lol not with those extremely high interest rates. I have never missed one payment in the few years I’ve had a loan there but yet receive multiple calls and bad offers that got me in this mess in the first place. During the process and signing docs they have the secretary and other staff sit down with you one on one pushing extra unwanted products on you to add to your loan but have you sign a form that says they didn’t pressure you, will never recommend this place to anyone.

This place is a joke, please do not get any kind of loan here. The staff is very uneducated and not at all do they care about their client's. I have always been on time with payments but they seem it's okay to continue to charge me for month's in advanve without my permission. The first time Mariam had done this she had to refund me money while giving me a $5 starbucks card as an apology. The system they have makes absolutely no sense and their charges are way to high. I highly recommend you search other places if you are in need of a loan.

They will hold a person in debt for ever. My car is broke down and they still won't cut a break. Wanted me to borrow more with more interest to fix it.

If I could give this place 0 stars ... I would. They literally reported my missed payments during a pandemic to the credit bureaus. The entire state was on lock down for months. My job still hasn't reopened. And they acted As if I was supposed to use the little money I had ,to pay them monthly vs feeding my family.. No forberence or nothing.

I have over 15 calls a week, from a Francisco. It started out with my payment being a week late. I paid it, but the calls didn't stop! I talked to numerous people, who defend him and respond with,"he's just doing his job." I have threatened to just not pay my loan at all and let it go to collections(if he didn't stop calling), because the extra bullsh$t, isn't worth it. If it wasn't for my need to rebuild my credit, I seriously would let it go!!! I borrowed 3k from Lendmark. By the time I'm done, paying off the debt...it will be over 8k. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY, EVEN IN DESPERATION, like I did. My credit score was in the 700s, before I got involved with them. I have no idea what I was thinking & why I just didn't go to a bank!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

I would never recommend anyone to this company I called to see how do I go about getting a personal loan the lady was really rude she kept on cutting me off and then was trying to send me to another location. Wow what customer service.

Nichole Lara was awesome she helped me get approved for a loan with great rates I suggest anyone to come here if you are looking for a title loan or personal loan or any loan for that matter! Great people !
