Alright, I thought going to get a loan from them sounded great. Gave me great rates and everything. I needed the money for sure on Monday the 24th. I had spoke to and got everything turned in on Friday the week before. And was specifically told by an Elizabeth that I had qualified and I all documents have been accepted. Then I go in to the place to speak with her, we get down to the last signing and she goes and tells me that I all of a sudden do not qualify because my paystub hrs are at 33 and 32. (Not 40) (which if that was the case... WHY WOULD YOU GET MINE AND MY FAMILIES HOPES UP!) They just messed up my livelyhood. Now back to the cold we go. Smh. They need someone who looks all the way through documents and has a straight answer the first time. I don't have till a later day to get to where I was "guaranteed". Great rates, but horrible job done here.

Not professional. These people are bottom feeders. Wish I never got a loan through them. They say they are here to help. But won’t help you until your 30 days late and they proudly screw your credit. Why do you offer help then not be able to help. I was referred to these heartless people by a dealer. Thinking they were reputable because of the dealer recommendation I didn’t do my homework. My mistake. Time to refi out. Do not use these people. They get off on screwing people. You have been warned.

I was referred to Vivan Ponce at this company from an auto dealer when looking for a loan. I was quoted at a 20% interest rate with 5k down, when just trying to get information about the quote I was constantly pressured and rushed into signing. I ended up find a 3.8% interest rate with 0 down elsewhere. Can't speak for everyone else at the company, though judging by the reviews I don't think I'd be wrong, but Vivian's a crook. And I can't recommend a company that employs the likes of her.

Would not refer anyone to get a loan through this company! This company sent my file to a attorney after missing one payment, than wanted me to pay attorneys fees they added! Beware this company is a complete scam! To than have them place a lien against you! This was the 1st company to ever place anything negative on my credit. I regret ever doing business with this company!

Landmark has helped my family many times over the past 4 years when we needed the extra money to get by, or even when we wanted to take a mini-vacation.

Telling someone to contact their local institution is a terrible way to respond to a negative review. It shows lack of transparency and a disinterest with the actual issue. A upstanding, reputable company would research the issue to start, then reply with a personal, public message- NOT going into personal details, but enough to show the public you have integrity.

Elizabeth will pull your credit first before even starting and application. Then shell take you through application just to tell you that you need a co signer. 10 99 employee and wont accept me due to the fact that I havent been 1099 for 2 years. Yet I've made over 100k the last 9 years.

I know i should have been able to qualify for a loan but no, I go here trying to get some extra cash even just temporarily while I wait for a couple of things to process that would cover the loan I was after but no. Both my fiancee and I took a hard credit hit just to get denied here. I should have just went somewhere else. Guy even said he should get us approved but that was a lie. He said he called me and left a message telling me I didn't qualify but I never got said message. There are ways to pre approve people without hitting their credit report with a hard hit just because your stupid eager for business. I don't need a payday loan, they don't give out enough and I have a credit card specifically for that purpose anyway. I needed actual cash for something specific, something this card doesn't let me do so we didn't even need to take the hit to our credit if i had to use that card for a for things anyway. Thanks for wasting my time and effort into getting the materials needed for the damn loan I couldn't get approved for, for whatever stupid reason, glad I didn't need it after all. Then making me wait til morning to have an answer on the very day I needed the stupid loan to begin with. I have a car loan I wish to refinance soon but y'all are not getting my business for that after this terrible expirence. I'm sure I could get a better rate elsewhere anyway. Don't trust these people. Do your best to go elsewhere.

Total lack of customer service skills. No communication after applying for a car loan. Just a flat out "no". I regret applying with this company and would never recommend them. Check out the interest rates. Which I did... After I applied!!
