This is my second refi with lendingBridge. I had the pleasure of working with Alex bak, Joseph, Albert and Tony during both of the refinancing process. Thank you for making the whole process quick and easy and for being on top of it everything. Coming back the second time Alex and Joseph made sure everything went as smooth as the first time.

lendingBridge is flawless! At first, I wasn’t sure about the entire online loan process, but actually it was really easy to do. I was able to sign the loan application and disclosures online with no problems or concerns. My loan officer, Joseph, was extremely knowledgeable about the market and always available to answer any questions I had. He made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision to go with lendingBridge. He never pressured me, or used the old “Interest rates are going up you better hurry and lock this down.” routine as other online lenders I encountered had. Joseph walked me through the entire loan application process, which turned out to be really simple. He also checked in with me to give me updates, and ask if I had any questions. Kristine, the processor was very polite, kind and helpful. Although this is a very busy time for refinancing, Kristine always had time to answer my calls and/or emails. She kept me updated throughout the entire process. lendingBridge arranged for a really wonderful Notary to come to the house to sign all the paperwork. lendingBridge is the real deal. I had a great experience refinancing my home loan. I tried with a couple banks but their process was so painful and their underwriters were terrible. I went with lendingbridge and the entire process was completely different. The entire team was very professional and navigated the entire process efficiently and competently. Albert (loan processor) and Joseph (loan officer) we’re very accessible and answered all my questions promptly. With interest rates so low, I decided it was time to refinance. I had received a mailer from lendingBridge and decided to give them a call. I was hesitant at first (always skeptical of scams), but I am very happy I proceeded with this company. My first point of contact was with Joseph, the loan officer, who was very informative on the steps that I would need to take. Once the ball was rolling I was connected with Albert who virtually held my hand the whole way through the process. He was very patient with me, answering all my many questions that I had and keeping me informed through every step of the process. We recently refinanced our mortgage and we received not only a great rate, but great customer service. Alex Bak was great as our main loan officer and would always check in with us along the process to make sure everything was going great and easy. I thought I was going to have to supply them with all these documentation leading up to the application and he made the whole process super easy. Kristine Zakarian was our processor and she was super sweet! She was also very responsive to all my questions and even gave me her cell phone so I can text her whenever I needed something. Overall, they were great! Lastly, we were really happy with the rate that we received! Separately, Alex's wife owns a vegan bakery -- definitely check it out as they do ship their famous cookies!

I would say this was most easiest and comfortable company to use for my recent refinance. My loan officer Alex was amazing because he would always check up on me and guided me through every single step without any pressure.
