We worked with Patrick for a refinance. He was very professional in his communications. He was very responsive with us and anticipated questions that we had and answered them. At one point in the process, we had to update some information for the loan. There were no delays or problems, the paperwork was quickly updated. He stayed on top of the file and gave us a heads up whenever there were actions needed from us. The notary appointment prior to closing was also a breeze, took around 20 min., also professional and easy. The refinance quickly closed at 3 weeks or less.
