I Love Lending Bear here in Waycross, GA, on Knight Avenue. I love the Manager Sarah, Michelle, Both Kaylee's, Harley, Courtney, Stephanie, all of the Lending Bear Crew is very professional. They always make me feel very special & important as soon as I walk in the doors. When I step foot in Lending Bear & any employee see me, they all say Hi Michael. It makes me feel so good. The store is always clean. The prices are the best. There is not a Pawn Shop in Waycross, GA with better Customer Service, Cleanliness, Great Prices, Great Hospitality than the Waycross, GA Lending Bear. I will shop at Lending Bear first before shopping anywhere else. They take good care of their customers. They give me the best prices for my pawn & purchases. This Store & Crew Rocks. They dress nice & neatly. I love the entire Team. I feel like they are my family. That's how they make me feel, which is like their family. Grace & Peace!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The are quick and they remember their customers. I pawn my title when I get low on funds and within 30-45 minutes I have cash in hand. Thank you to the title loan staff especially.

I do all my business here. The employees are amazing and can help you with anything. But one employee is beyond amazing. Her name is Holly. Anything you need, or any resemble amount she will get it for you. She is fun to be around and a wonderful person. I love this place.

Excellent Customer Service, Great Prices on Merchandise, Clean and Organized Stores. I had the opportunity to speak with the District Mgr Marie. She assisted me with all my needs in regards to questions about laptop they sell. Most people would rush to get you off phone or say come inside but she patiently answered all my questions, advised me where we could find product if they did not carry in said location, and had a very sweet disposition via telephone. It was a pleasure speaking with Marie. I also purchased Casio for Christmas gift from Ashley who is Asst Mgr and received excellent customer service as well and my daughter loved her gift and it works great. Please take advantage of the great customer service at Knight Ave and Blackshear locations and awesome buys. They have earned themselves a lifetime customer.
