The staff, especially Terri, were very courteous and respectful of what I consider to be private matters. Terri has gone out of her way to insure that this experience is one that is appreciated by the company, and she made me feel like we have been friends.

Please anyone that needs help financially come down to lending bear in Douglas Georgia and talk to Mrs Terri everyone else gave me the run around but she didn't stop until she was able to help me I explained that mother passed and I needed help she did just that she helped me thank you so much I am forever grateful and her and her staff were highly professional and orderly I overly loved my visit with them truly a satisfied customer.

I signed a consent form giving my mother authorization to pay/pick up my pawned laptop before the pay date, and when she arrived to pick it up, with identification available, the manager of the Douglas Ga location, Cassie, treated my mother as a CRIMINAL and refused to release the laptop to her under some "new policy" that wasn't provided to anyone it might have "affected". She refused to show me the policy, and/or provide me with a written copy of this policy. I will be seeking legal action against the company. NEVERRRR NEVER using this company again nor referring anyone to this RACIST and UNSAVORY ENVIRONMENT again. My mother was UTTERLY HUMILIATED AND CRIMINALIZED by this establishment.

The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly... The service was efficient and conducted in a timely manner... They take the time for each customer to explain the situation and even engage in conversation... The store is clean and very well organized... The process are reasonable and some even really cheap .. They even allow you to test some products to be sure you'll be satisfied...I am very happy with this company and I would highly recommend it to anyone

Lending Bear has the nicest employees. They are always there with any needs we have. I had a great visit today with Julie and was able to purchase exactly what I needed. Update: 8/14/2020 I visited Lending Bear today and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for with the help of Mrs. Jeanise and Mrs. Melody. As always a wonderful visit.

Miss Alicia was super professional and easy to negotiate with. As a career salesperson myself, I asked for a fair price that was good for me and for her. Purchased a firearm and the employee that helped me was quick and efficient. I had my carry permit so that expedited the process. The used firearm I purchased is in New condition . On top of the low price, they had 25% off all used items that day. That included firearms. So I'm very happy about my purchase.
