My fiance and I are first-time buyers, and we were very nervous about the whole thing. Lending Arena was more than helpful, informative, and great to work with. They kept us informed, answered all of our questions (as silly as some of them were), and were very professional every step of the way. With their professionalism and how quick they were to get things done, we closed and purchased our home within 30 days. Lending Arena are awesome. I think everyone can agree that the home buying (or refinancing) process is long, can feel tedious and emotional - but Rony and Romik are great at what they do and will help you navigate the process as smoothly as possible. As someone who is type A, I really appreciate their responsiveness, communication, and the fact that they take their time to really explain every single question I have (which can be many). We had a few hiccups with previous international employers not be cooperative for some documents and Rony and his team took care of everything so we didn’t have to- that’s white glove treatment for you!
