I reached out to them to refinance a portfolio of 3 houses. I specifically asked to make sure they can do it since 2 houses were on one tax parcel. After hours of work and delivering multiple documents they declined the loan because there are 2 homes on one tax parcel. The third one was cancelled without any reason during the negotiations.
