We were under contract four days after listing and for well over asking. Her team negotiated a free two month rent back, so that we could make a competitive, non contingent offer on our future home. We scoured the market and fell in love with a home withing in a few weeks. Our 1st offer was accepted and we closed in 21 days. She worked closely with the other Realtor and our loan officer to keep everything moving on schedule. Our family grew right after we moved into our new house, and she helped coordinate an Electrician to fix an issue that came up and a landscaper to clean up the yard at our old house since we were so busy. This was after her job was officially done. How awesome is that. We were so pleased to work with Leisha and cannot imagine a smoother or quicker experience. Leisha was so awesome to work with during our home buying process. For me communication is EVERYTHING and she touched base almost daily to check in and to make sure everything ran smoothly; she even called and texted while on vacation even though her very capable assistants also kept us up to date.
