I went there to confirm if the ring I had was a diamond. He said it was by looking into a thing he used, but he had no batteries for his diamond tester. I found that to be very unprofessional to not have the things you need to test diamond with.

I was hired by Leesometime in the 80's. It was the only job I really enjoyed. Every time I Head East on I 70 I always stop by and have them set a diamond for me and pick it up on my way back to KC. If I could give -10000 stars I would, This place has the rudest people working for them!!! I Call to get an inquiry on something I am selling (resale is my side hussle) he said no he doesn’t know where I could sell it and hangs up on me... no customer service at all!!! I call back and ask why I was hung up on and he goes on to say that I told you I didn’t know so I didn’t need to talk to you anymore so I hung up, and the he hangs up again!!!!!!Is this real life??? Is this how companies want to be known for now days... like WTF???

All love for this place, they always there when I need them.... They all are still human with different personalities and a job to do and I think they do great making sure ppl in general have what they came for.....Thanks

I must say Lee"s been around a long time I purchased a ring when I say ,they allowed me all the time I needed they did. I love my ring I wish I could have gotten it to my size do to the craft of the ring I couldn't but as a whole they came thru 💋💋💋

Was there today and was treated very rude and unprofessional the white girl said if you wait and at that moment I didn't want her to a help me and my fiancée was using a walker he had a stroke last month and she talking back to him and myself I won't be back in there.
