I have nothing but great things to say about Lee Nissan. With the problem dealers are having today with low inventory I was completely surprised to find the one remaining Kicks SR here at the price I wanted to pay. And due to the commute I have for work, not actually being located in Wilson, and the fact this was a surprise for my wife, Craig James went over and above to ensure a smooth sale, all handled remotely and delivered to my doorstep. I just had my first service experience after purchasing my vehicle in March. The service assistance was professional and inquired about how did I enjoy my new Sentra. I write this review as someone who leased a new car from Lee Nissan in Wilson (bypassing Greenville Nissan which was 5 miles from my home after they kept trying to cheat me) and then sold the car to them to purchase an SUV one year later. First: I normally CANNOT stand car dealers. I have purchased and leased many cars over my life. I normally have despised the car buying/leasing process because of the hustle so many dealerships have tried to pull over on me. Lee Nissan in Wilson was different. When GN would not give me realistic and honest numbers on a new Maxima last year, I decided to reach out to Lee in Wilson. So glad I did. Everyone from Aaron, the salesman to Tait, the General Manager, were great, upfront and played no games. The service after the sale for routine oil change and inspection was great. Easy to make appointment and out quickly even after having car cleaned. I'm very picky on my cars and even their detail guys did a great job. Well, I decided to go back to an SUV because I miss sitting up high and my senior dog who couldn't get in my old SUV had died. I first went to GN only because they were close by and I'm very busy these days. I knew that used car values were unusually high and I had equity in my car. GN tried to cheat me AGAIN so I decided to return LN's call. Glad I did. They gave me a great deal and we both came away happy. I got a good price and they got a great car with super low mileage (it's on their lot as of today 6.16.22 if you are looking for a great car - the Maxima is an awesome car!) I highly recommend Lee Nissan in Wilson Nissan for the sale, service and even your post-sale needs. You will be glad you did. It is worth the drive. I told them (and I meant it) that should I want another sedan, I will be back. (I wanted my old SUV brand which is the only reason I didn't get an SUV from them - nothing to do with Nissan or Lee at all).

Absolutely the best experience by far. I needed a new car asap and the internet sales manager was discussing it with me on Sunday when they are closed. Sales process was very simple and they did not try to push anything on me. Will be back for sure!!

It has been an interesting two days at Lee Nissan for the last two days. I have a 2014 platinum pathfinder that my rear lift gate stopped working after someone closed it manually instead of with the auto mode. I watched some you tube and tried some recommendations to no avail. I made an appointment and took the car to the service department. They told me it would be $125 to diagnose and would call me when they knew what they had to do. I got the call yesterday afternoon that it needed between $1400 and $1500 dollars worth of parts to fix it , but one of the parts are no longer available. They said they could replace the two parts and see if that would fix it. I said no I wasn’t spending $1000 dollars plus in parts and labor on pure chance.I went over paid the $135 and left. I am normally able to do a lot of work myself, but with computers it’s getting tougher. I thought last night and after talking to a friend about his thoughts, I decided to disconnect battery and turn door switch off. Left it off for 5 minutes, reconnected the battery, turned on switch, and guess what, lift gate reset and if working perfectly. I called this morning several times leaving voicemails and no one would return or respond to my messages. I rode back over and asked to speak to the service manager. He’s a real problem! Very confess don’t arrogant, said I didn’t fix anything, the problem was coming back for sure. He would refund in a week if it was still working. I was hot at this point and had words with him, he said I wasn’t getting any refund. Here’s my biggest problem, the customer should be treated with respect period. How many people would have just spent the money, taken advantage of, or treated like they were less than a paying customer. Beware of this place, or at least service department.

We were happy to have our Nissan Certified Technician provide the proper diagnosis you requested and authorized when you brought us your vehicle, and we certainly understand your not wanting to pay for the recommended repair after following Nissan's Diagnosis. I am sorry that we did not return your call as quickly as you would have liked, but we were extremely busy this morning. Unplugging a car battery is a common solution to any error in a vehicle and a practice that many people will do prior to bringing vehicles to auction, as any failure codes will no longer be in the system. Eventually, the codes and faulty issues will most often return, but it will take a little time. Thus, I authorized our Service Manager to refund your money after a short period of time (7-10 days) if the problem did not return, which he and I agreed was a reasonable solution. I understand from your review that you were a little "hot at this point" but once profanity was directed toward our Service Manager, he determined it was best to end our relationship. I am VERY impressed with this dealership's service department. I called in to see if they could fit me in at any point for some basic repairs and they fit me in same-day. Patrick was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the women working inside were also kind - pointing me to the coffee waiting for customers (very necessary!). I will definitely be shifting my routine service appointments here for the future, it was definitely the best service I've ever received for my car.

I have bought several cars but have never had an experience quite like Lee Nissan. They were fabulous to work with and extremely patient and kind. So great to work with that we purchased 2 vehicles. Had to pay a diagnostic fee,which was fine. But for them to tell me I needed new tires and I just got these tires last year and at my last oil change which was about two months ago, my tires where fine. Couldn’t that have been determined prior to being put on the machine? Was told that’s all they could find. And if I got the new tires and alignment, there’s no guarantee that it would fix the noise I’m hearing and I’d have to pay the diagnostic fee again to have it looked at. Poor problem solving skills and customer service. Will never go there again.

Update, I just received an email from the GM and he was highly embarrassed and stated that immediate changes had been made. Sadly for me it was too late but hopefully for them it was not. I did upgrade their rating after this email but still encourage all potential buyers to be cautious. Was working with them to purchase a 2020 Nissan Kicks. Our salesman Aaron Conover was great. I will admit our situation was a little tricky being as we were trying to make this purchase from another state. They had problems keeping us informed of phone meetings they would need to reschedule and also actually calling when they were rescheduled. After 3 attempts to get the paperwork correct and being asked to sign a credit app with incorrect information, they claimed that the Sales Manager was working on two deals and accidentally put the other customers information on our credit app, we decided to walk away from this purchase. My advice is be ready for them to miss phone calls, poor communication and look over your paperwork carefully if you decide to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

I had the best experience getting my new pathfinder from Lee Nissan. Aaron was a great sales man and helped me learn everything new about my car and went above and beyond to make sure I was all set and ready to go. Jeremy was also hands on in keeping checking to see if we may need anything in this new car process and making sure we were taken care of. Craig the internet manager, was such a great help. He made sure we were updated weekly on the waiting process for the car to arrive and was quick to return any calls or emails. He has been such a great help in making sure we are extremely happy with everything and has continuously called to check in to see how things were going. I was there yesterday (Saturday) with no appointment. The lady there was an absolutely lovely person, fitting me in. Time was normal for what my car was getting, waters in the fridge. Very comfortable waiting. Couldn't ask for a better experience. And I LOVE the complementary car wash. 10 stars to this place!!

I spoke to several dealerships while looking for a 2021 Boulder Gray Nissan Rogue and went with Lee Nissan because I felt the most comfortable working with their sales team. From my sales person, Doug Bell, to the sales manager, all made me feel valued and not taken advantage of. Other dealerships wanted me to fill out credit applications before test driving a vehicle or wanted to put me in a vehicle that did not meet what I was looking for. Just had to share the life saving experience I recently had here. Thanks to the watchful eye of Patrick Henderson who caught the separation of the driver side tire on my moms car ,while we were there for routine oil change and replacing another tire due to nail . Patric and Frank Bundy took such GREAT care of us they went above and beyond my expectations in this day and time the care they showed is rare. I will be a customer for life . Gave me the initial quote for $460 to change my key fob with keys. Then asked me to pay additional $339 on top the quote while picking up the car and made up story to justify the number and I ended up paying additional $275. It’s still not working for the front door and Now asking another $500 for just additional diag….. Cheap behavior. I’m done with them.

I've had the worst experience ever with this dealership. I brought a new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder, and the vehicle has transmission issues already. The dealership and Nissan tells me there is nothing they can do about the issue, b/c it won't replicate. I do believe that is the reason why vehicle throw codes, so that it can tell you what is wrong with the vehicle. When the vehicle tells you that it has a Powertrain malfunction, they decided to ignore the warning b/c it wouldn't do it again after driving for 60 miles. This vehicle only has 2500 miles and already has a major issue, and they act as if it's not a major issue. I will never buy another Nissan in my life and will tell others to never deal with Nissan.

I had a great experience with Lee Nissan and it all started with an online inquiry. Kristine, the internet sales manager, was quick and super attentive to my inquiries and questions. The car I was looking at was a 2015 Lexus IS350 and I had a trade of a 2016 Mercedes C300. A week earlier I almost bought this car from another dealer but it had sold, shortly after Lee Nissan posted theirs that they had just got. I told them that the previous dealership was going to give me $16k for my trade and wanted to know before I made the long drive from Northern Virginia that I could have that value matched and that the car would still be there. They agreed to these terms so long as my vehicle was in the condition I described and everything worked. I made the trip there and was greeted by Scott, our sales consultant. He was super helpful in putting us right in to the car for a test drive and had it cleaned up for us. After we got back in we went right into things knowing that we wanted to proceed. They gave me even a little more on my trade ($16,180) and everything was very transparent. I transferred things from my old car to my new car and Scott helped with the vehicle plates. I went back in and my husband was wrapping in finance with Stanley who was very kind and fun to talk to about our interest in cars. We left and made the trip back super satisfied with my new car and the easy process we had with Lee Nissan!

I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. From my initial interaction with general manager Tait (awesome communication throughout the process), to the super warm and friendly welcome from Dylan after I set foot in the dealership lot; everything was spot on! The team at Lee Nissan made my first car purchase incredibly seamless and a breeze! Many thanks to everyone that helped or offered water, especially my salesman Dylan for his delightful personality and superb management of my initial paperwork! I can't leave out Mr. James, the Finance Manager, who helped with financing. He made the process feel way less intimidating and stressful than what I anticipated.
