I had the most incredible experience at Lee Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I dealt with 3 employees who were all absolutely wonderful! So friendly, helpful and just awesome to work with! I had a lot of questions and very specific guidelines for what I needed and they went above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else again to buy a car! Maddox was my salesman who was top notch, even coming in on his day off to finalize things for me. Adam the Sales Manager was so patient and helpful and Brian the Finance Manager was fantastic and made the experience a lot of fun.

My experience at Lee Dodge was smooth and easy! I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and they didn’t try to change my mind at all. The staff is well versed in all facets of the process! Maddox is so accommodating and truly cares about his clients! We had fun together! Bryan streamlines the financials with finesse! My favorite thing about him is how he asked me a few standard questions and in doing so, he knew that I didn’t need (or want) to buy any extra warranties, so he simply did not try to pressure me or convince me that I did need them! I recently purchased a Wagoneer from Lee Auto in Westbrook. Depending where you do business, customer service is now often hit or miss. Unfortunately, I have found it to be more of a miss than a hit. This is not the case at Lee, you can see the pride the employees take in providing a positive customer experience. I purchased my vehicle from Maddox and worked with Bryan in finance. Both were outstanding!! Communication was timely and professional, process was seamless and they clearly valued my time and my business. My daughter purchased a vehicle from Maddox and Bryan last month - how they treated her during this process is the reason we came back to purchase the Wagoneer. Very accommodating. I wanted to surprise my wife a new jeep(she knew we ordered it just not when it came in) and the staff at Lee got it done for me.

Terrible service cost me over $2,000 to get my fuses checked and alternator replaced. Car still didn't run. Checked the fuses myself and the alternator fuse was burnt. They are refusing to refund any of the cost. They failed to identify the fuse costing us much more in repairs. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this shady business and their immoral practices.

I bought a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport from Lee Dodge from Mike. He was nice and polite in person. But after purchasing my car I realized I was allegedly scammed in my opinion into getting a car that's loan is outrageously priced. The loan is with Credit Acceptance which are known for being a horrible company. The interest rate is 17.99% which is the highest aloud in the state of Maine. I'm going to have to refiance and get rid of the Gap insurance. Be careful I believe they take advantage of first time car buyers. Do your research and read everything. If I could go back and change it I wouldn't have gotten a car with them. Because now I stuck with this horrible loan which will ruin my life if I don't refinance it.

I’m definitely happy with my new car. I went to Rowe Credit first and they had horrible customer service. I’m so glad I went to Lee auto instead.

I reached out to 3 Jeep car dealers in midcoast Maine to buy a new Jeep Compass with my list of specifications. Only Lee Westbrook responded in a timely, helpful fashion…. Wonderful experience! Dorian was amazing and Bryan made all of the financial paper work much easier. Went to look for a new Jeep and when I walked around the lot mind you the inventory was low due to the shortage of microprocessor chips. I felt no pressure from the sales, but was greeted by Maddox and he handled my experience with no pressure and I tried a couple vehicles out and left Lee to look elsewhere and Maddox respected I was shopping and I’m a big believer of customer service and Maddox represented all the qualities which made my car shopping that much easier. I would recommend Lee for you pressure free experience.

We’ve now worked with this dealership on three transactions, most recently a lease then buyout two years later with Dorian and he is always a pleasure to work with. He makes the process as simple and quick as possible and keeps even the most impatient of customers entertained during any unavoidable wait. He puts the customer first and for that has repeat customers in us!

Nancy Jackman, the most unprofessional and disrespectful employee who was entitled to answers customer’s calls and provide them with all the answers. I was being treated in a very impolite way with an attitude just because I was calling from MASSATCHUSETS asking for a trade value and numbers on the vehicle I inquired on. Miss Jackman kept dragging the conversation for 25 mins, suggesting to pull my credit to be able to give me the numbers I want (estimate monthly payment), refusing to run them based of the information I have provided. I explained in details that my schedule is very tight and that the only way I can visit the dealership is only if I was going to sign the papers as I don’t have time to waste. She kept saying “I don’t care what you think, what you do, ..” I asked to speak with a GM or a GSM for 3 times in a row, she puts me on hold and then she comes up with a new statement “ we are only going to sell Maine local customers, we can’t do business with MA people” Although I was able to get the numbers I want from Adam who respectfully answered all of my questions without giving me hard time for half an hour. Either way, I will pass on doing business with your dealership. You already gave me a bad experience and expectation via phone. I AM NO LONGER excited or interested in buying from you. Too bad that one single employee could affect the whole dealership reputation and business. Make sure to offer her a better training so she doesn’t brush customers off, so she can learn the appropriate ways of meeting the customer needs and understand what they are looking for without forcing them and pressuring them of the ways that works best for her instead of seeing what works best for them.

We had a great time with Dan at Lee Dodge, Chrysler, Ram. Dan M. did whatever he could to make sure we were comfortable, helped us make an informed decision and worked with us as much as he could. At the end of the day, we bought a great truck, had a great experience and feel great about the price! I’m sure we will go back in the future and recommend Dan to friends.

Dan the salesman is a nice enough guy but very little contact through the process of waiting for the truck and waiting for the body to be installed. . They had me come in twice to sign paperwork that was wrong or not ready when I got there. The business manager who did the paperwork with me was extremely rude, short tempered and a very poor representative of the company. I am a contractor with currently 6 Dodge trucks and buying 2 more this year, I will probably not be buying another on through Lee. I would buy from Dan again if he was at another dealership but I will not do business with their business manager again. At the same time I bought this truck I bought one from Kernersville Dodge in NC. What a world of difference. They treated you like a long lost relative the business manager at Lee treated you like you were nothing but a bother to his day.

The Man the Myth the Legend...Michael Burgess. Had an amazing experience finding a new vehicle cause my last one died on my way to a gig. He found me a vehicle that can carry all of my instruments and look good doing it. I couldn't be happier dealing with Mike Burgess we genuinely had a great time full of laughs finding the perfect vehicle for me. I will end this review with a small poem. My old car died and I was in need of a new ride. Frustrated and angry I walk into Lee, and who do I see? With a wink and a smile, it’s Mike Burgess there to greet me. Confused on what to do and I needed advice, Mike helped me find my new car and it’s really nice! I knew I had the right salesman because he was such a Guru, And now here I am cranking some tunes with my amazing new Subaru!

Excellent customer service. I called to find out about having the locking wheel nuts could be removed. The person I talked to said said just come to the service line. When I went a few days later Chet took care of me and said ‘you are all set!’. They wouldn’t charge me! I was raised around here and normally don’t think of going to dealerships for service - but this experience changes my mind!

I just purchased my 2020 Gladiator at Lee Dodge. Due to COVID, changes in State and Federal requirements now it is preferable to schedule visits. I spoke with Erika and Matt both online and on phone, did an online appraisal of my vehicles and through a call to Matt I learned that although I was slightly in negative equity, they would work with me so I was not. I was set with Will as my sales person and met with him a couple of days later. Will was an absolute professional. He talked to me about options, when asked about pros and cons about two versions of a particular Jeep he was able to give me some genuinely good advice. Will worked with me through the entire process making my purchase as smooth as possible and with Matt was able to find me a few incentives that I did not know about and they found one they didn’t know about as well! I left the dealership in a truck that will serve me very well, keep my Wife and Children safe and...yeah it looks cool. Also, thanks for your Service to our Country Will. The main reason I drove over an hour from New Hampshire to make my purchase was because last year I purchased my Wife’s Jeep from Zack and had such a positive experience I only wanted to deal with them again. I came upon Lee after having no success at multiple dealerships from Gorham, NH to Scarborough to Westbrook Maine. When I arrived I was discouraged and annoyed and was at my last wits end with overbearing car salesman. Then we went to Lee. When we got to Lee we met Maddox Christy. Maddox was very professional and he gave us the space we needed and the help we needed when we were ready to make a decision. His knowledge on the inventory and deals was very helpful. Wish I could give this place more stars. By far the best car buying experience I’ve had in a while. Maddox was wonderful, and really worked hard to get me to where I wanted to be payment-wise. He tried several avenues, and was honest, friendly, and easy going all at the same time. Definitely not your typical car salesman. Would 100% go back to Lee Auto in Westbrook, and would ask for Maddox!

We are customers from Massachusetts, as we were looking for a very specific Pacifica Hybrid Limited (with Sunroof) that Lee Chrysler happened to have. We worked with Salesman named Maddox whom was super accommodating, friendly, helpful and patient. He did plenty of extra research to help us out, and he was very positive and reassuring about any technical questions we had. The negotiation process was smooth and direct, and overall pleasant, considering the virus situation - it all took place outside, and rather quickly. Mr Lee, whom made the final deal, was understanding and willing to find compromise for a fair price. We had some technical questions prior to delivery, and their Service Managers, especially Chet, again, were super helpful, reassuring and positive... wish the dealers down here had service folks like the crew up at Lee! Delivery was smooth, and they were happy to help accommodate us with paperwork, being from out of state. I’d happily recommend Lee to anyone interested in a new or used FCA product, and I would return to purchase from them again in the future! Again, Wish they weren’t 80 miles away, otherwise they’d be the only ones to service our new Hybrid!

Had the oil change last week while traveling through Portland . They luv taking advantage of out of town customers. $220 for an oil change. Plus, the service tech dripped oil and antifreeze all over my engine.

Tim Bennett made this process so easy and stress free that the excitement of getting the vehicle overshadowed any looming feelings about $$$. Shopping for a car at Lee was probably the easiest vehicle purchase we've ever done. We knew what we wanted and had been looking for over a month. When we saw Lee had a number of used Jeep's that met our criteria we stopped in on Thursday night and drove home that evening with exactly what we were looking for! Aaron Chase was a pleasure to work with. The price was right, the paperwork was easy the financing was a piece of cake. No salesman attitude. No I have to make a quota attitude which was refreshing. Not only was Aaron great but every employee we encountered was friendly and smiling - not something you see often at other dealerships. No pressure to buy, no price changes once we decided we wanted the vehicle, no jumping through hoops to get what we wanted. We definitely felt that everyone we encountered went above and beyond in friendliness, knowledge, and customer service. Had a slight problem with the vehicle the next day and there was absolutely no hassle about bringing it in to have service take a quick check of it to determine everything was fine.
