We searched for a good lender and got quotes from many. Not only did Max deliver on his promises but his timeline as well. They've obviously done this a few times and it shows. They ask for everything up front so that when the closing comes you don't have to go locate some obscure document that is required that delays closing. Plus, he beat everyone's rates.
