Most expansive lesson I've had, to back out of a house cost $800.00. With statements and promises that weren't honored, when ever I have people ask a good loan agency to go to this will not be on the list. My suggestion to you is if you don't heed my warning lock in the "quoted" interest rate don't wait and if they refuse to do so at that time walk out. Mine went from 3.5-4.5-5.75 unless I paid them $4,000+ .....sounds sketchy hu? Ya I thought so as well.
