Layton is a fantastic loan agent. Very helpful, kind, and on-the-ball with requesting, explaining, and processing our paperwork and required updates. He also gave us an update every day on the status of our loan, which was much appreciated, and even contacted me before my first monthly mortgage payment was due to ask if I needed anything or had any questions. I also think that was a tactful and friendly nudge—a reminder that, hey, your payment is due soon—which I thought was going above and beyond; very good customer service. And he also got us an APR that was lower than or equal to the lowest rate I could find anywhere else online. I strongly recommend using him.

Layton saved us a ton of money on our mortgage with little to no cost on our part. Everything went quick and was easy to complete. Going through a lender our first time buying a house, I felt like every lender was trying to scam me and cheat me out of a good rate. I never felt that with Layton and knew that he was on my team.
