My name is Joseph and I am a retired combat veteran. I came into this shop looking to sell my 22.3 gram 10k Cuban link immaculate braclet. The young man with alot of acne helped me. He would not give me his name. So we will call him acne. So acne asked me what I want for my bracelet and I replied 400$. The melt value is 423.00... but who would want to melt this bracelet?? Acne came to offer 225.00 and I tried to reason with acne to no avail. So I took my awesome braclet down the street and they offered me 400.00! In conlcusion, this is the the worst place to go to sell gold. If you go in and see acne working..walk right BK out. Never go BK never recommend and acne please lay off the soda and use Dove soap

Went there twice today, the first time the guy was extremely rude, and I was being nice! I want mad because I couldn't sell my pearl earrings, I was mad that the guy didn't care to help me out at all. I went again hours later to sell my laptop and i factory reset it. I didn't know I wasn't suppose to reset it. So I asked the 2 guys if I can stay and start it up again. They said sure. I asked if I can use their wifi to set it up, they said no. They were both talking about Rick and Morty and ignored me when i said "thanks have a nice day!" I packed up my computer and tried saying have a nice day again. They ignored me the second time. These guys are so rude! And there were 3 different guys, each were very rude.

This place is terrible. If I were you I would try to find a better place even if it's in another city trust me! I've only been there twice and had a bad experience both times. The first time they completely low balled my brother Nd the second time they basically had me drive up there for no reason wasting my gas. This place sucks!

Cleanest shop I have been to, they have the best stuff here. Sean has excellent customer service got in and out with his help. Thank you so much I will definitely be back!
