I have my real estate license in another state so I have been through the pre licensing classes elsewhere. Larson is by far the BEST I've ever used. So user friendly. The instructors explain things so perfectly. I was extremely impressed by my entire experience. they are so positive and uplifting. It's like they are rooting for you to succeeded!

This was my 2nd time with Larson. (I am renewing my license after being out of the business for 3 years). This time around I was excited to learn they do the on line classes now. I felt more connected and feel like I got a better education this time as opposed to the last time when we were referred to a whole other company. The instructors were very thorough and gave so many examples. Sometimes I thought they were looking straight me. I am feeling confident to go forward to the state exam.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience with Larson Educational Services in preparation for my pre licensing real estate state exam. All of the information was very easy to digest because of the great instructors, and the state exam prep course couldn’t have prepared me any better than it did. I highly recommend Larson for your real estate course needs!

Just want to send a sincere thank you to everyone at LarsonEd. Thanks to your excellent 63-hour course and exam prep, I was able to take and pass my exam today on my first attempt (obviously with a 100% score lol..). Next up...my 45-hour post-license course - naturally with Larson.

Larson is the place to go for your real estate courses! I've taken my 63 hour Pre and my 45 hour Post education with them. The instructors are awesome & very informative, I wish they had their 45 hour in person....However it was super easy online as well.

If you want to pass your exam, this is probably the best way. The classroom is engaging and follows “best practices” in education well. More importantly, there appears to be a bottomless coffee supply. All the staff were exceptional and a pleasure to interact with (even on a Monday). 10/10

I had a great experience with the Larson Education. I took their one day refresher course to prepare for my FL Real Estate License Exam. The instructor was phenomenal, and the course workbook provided was pure testing gold! A very high percentage of the content reviewed in this quick 8 hour review course was content that was directly on the exam. If you take this course, read and review the workbook provided, and follow their study plan that is provided in the workbook itself, your likelihood of passing the state exam on the first try are exponentially higher! I walked into the testing center feeling very confident, and passed on my first attempt! Thank you Larson Educational.. I am looking forward to beginning my post-licensing course with you!

Larson has a good system here. I was hesitant about online courses, but the way both the 63 hr and test prep courses are presented really impressed me. Instructors were straight and to the point and revealed many insights on how to study and remember need to know information. The test prep course really streamlined the info and really helped me pass the test on my first attempt. Do not pass the prep course up! Thanks for all the time and effort from your staff to make the online experience very helpful and enjoyable.

Hands down, the best decision I ever made was to go to Larson. It was recommended to me from quite a few people. The instructors made the lessons clear and understandable. And answered any questions I had immediately. By the end of my journey, I felt confident taking my state exam and passed on the first attempt.

If you're ready to learn, you won't be let down by Larson's courses. The 63-hour real estate prerequisite course (online/self-study) was very detailed. I took my time, worked through the material in just a couple weeks, and passed the course exam on the first try. I enrolled in the test prep course, too, and passed my Florida state licensing test on the first try. 🎉 Not only did the materials set me up for success, Larson's team was very responsive. My experience with Larson was 100% outstanding. The classroom size was perfect, the instructors were all top notch, the material provide covered everything you need to pass the FL sales associate state test and most important all instructors made themselves available to provide extra help if needed. They covered the material in a very professional manner that was both entertaining and informative. I honestly felt their internal school exam was more difficult than the actual state exam. Simply put, Larson is the BEST. Being a person who needs the “interaction” from an instructor, I HIGHLY recommend the online instructor led courses if you can’t take them in person. I can’t just sit down and read and learn from a book. I initially went with another company and quickly found out “solo learning” was not best for me and then turned to Larson. I just finished my Real Estate Brokers courses and took the test a few days ago and passed on the first attempt. To say I’m elated is an understatement and I owe it all to Larson. The instructors break everything down and guide you every step of the way. I will always promote Larson and will continue my education through them for years to come. Larson is a great company to work with. They helped me TREMENDOUSLY! Passed both the class exam and state exam on the first attempt. I felt that Larson gave me the training and help that I needed to pass each exam. If you follow all of their recommendations and use their online tutors you will not stress about the exams. This is going to be long but this is what I would’ve wanted to know going in. As a business major with a masters degree I feel like I have sat for so many different exams and gone through so many different types of preparation services. NONE of them were as straightforward and helpful as Larsons material was. The real estate pre licensing course presented all the necessary information as you’d expect but the value comes from their ability to separate good to know information the state makes them teach you and the HAVE to know information the state will want them to test you on. If you follow the course work as intended you will pass your 63 hour course exam first try, I promise. I chose to do the state exam prep course as well after some indecision and boy I tell you am I glad I did. The state exam prep course presents no new real estate information to you at all, it just further refines that same information from the 63 hour course into the actual types of questions they have literally seen on the exam. After taking the 4 practice exams included in that material and studying the exam prep material the way they suggest the actual state exam felt like a fifth practice test… and dare I say easy!? 10/10 recommend, this doesn’t even mention how accommodating to rush ship books and materials /how prompt in answering questions they’ve been. HOW DID YOU DO IT LARSON YOU MAGNIFICENT PEOPLE! Thanks again.

I just wanted to reach out and thank the entire Larson staff for providing such a comfortable and effective classroom experience. After passing my classroom exam last Thursday, I took the state exam crash course Saturday and did the sample exams online through the tudor over the weekend. I just passed my state test today and walked into the testing center feeling confident and well prepared. I truly appreciate the guidance provided by all of the instructors and administrative staff throughout this process. I would HIGHLY recommend Larson to ANYONE looking to make a career in real estate. I took my real estate exam back in September and missed the passing score by 2 points. It came with recommendation I take an exam prep class with Larson, so I signed up for the online exam prep, picked up the book from the office, and went to work. Two weeks after failing the first test, I went back to the exam for the second time after taking the Larson prep class and passed it! Definitely worth the $$$. I ended up taking my class test with another company due to needing a certain schedule however I did sign up for the Larson online state exam review course. It was the best 99$ I ever spent! I ended up passing my first time taking the state exam 2 weeks after I graduated from my class test. I would recommend ANYONE taking the state exam to take this course!! I did the online course due to my work schedule so I could learn at my own pace on weekends. It narrows in on what you NEED to know for the state exam. I followed the course exactly how they said you should with practice tests, T and F etc. Best investment! Thanks Larson!!!

I'm so happy I chose Larson Educational Services for my Real Estate needs. I took the online self paced course as well as the Exam Prep Course. I really enjoyed both classes and feel as if they explained definitions and used helpful examples to remember key terms. I did have a couple questions when I took my Exam Prep tests and they were quick to respond via email. Even when I didn't fully understand the took the time to call me and explain the reason for an answer. I passed my test on the 1st try and will most certainly be recommending Larson to my peers!

I just recently took both Lasron's Real Estate agent class and their FL State Real Estate Exam prep course. After we lost our business due to COVID 19 I wasn't sure what I was going to to do and finally decided to go ahead and get my real estate license as I had already done some real estate investing. After doing some looking around and speaking with some people I decided to go with Larson for my state required class and then again for their State Exam prep course. I can't say enough great things about their courses I did both online due to COVID and felt they were extremely well planned and thought out. Upon taking the state exam I was nervous at first but once the exam started I quickly realized that I was extremely well prepared and knew the information and was done with the Florida State Exam in just a little over an hour and passed it with ease. I would highly recommend Larson to anyone thinking of a career in real estate.

I purchased the Larsen exam prep online course after completing my 63 hour real estate sales associate class from a different school. I have seen the difference between the two schools and Larsen is supreme in many ways. The education they provide is explained in a very easy to understand way, as well as easy to REMEMBER which is key for when it comes time to take your State exam. The instructors are likable, well spoken, use a bit of humor as well as many visual aids to assist in truly grasping the complex concepts of Real Estate. I could never understand the different sorts of deeds until I took this course. This is just ONE example, I could go on, but this review would end up being a book! Because I took the course from home, any questions I had were mostly communicated via email and I got a well explained answer moments later. These guys are ON THEIR GAME and fully support their students. I, like many others, was able to pass my State exam the first time around and I believe that if I were to go from my original 63 hour course straight to the State exam, I would have failed because the 63 hour course did not prepare me for the questions I saw on the State exam. Now that I have taken the exam prep course, and I have experienced two different schools, when it comes time for me to take my 45 hour course, I will choose Larsen.

I highly recommend attending to this school. It is the best investment you can do for yourself and you’re guaranteed to learn a lot from these professionals. The teachers are amazing, the classrooms are always clean, and they’re way of teaching is like nothing I’ve seen before. It’s amazing!
