Kirsten Levin from Landmark Mortgage is my best loan officer who helps me to get a good interest rate for refinance. she is very nice, patient, enthusiasm and explain more detail, help you understand the loan from A to Z. I will recommend my friends to Kirsten Levin, Senior Loan Officer from Landmark Mortgage. She has to deserve 5 Stars on her work and also Mike (her supervisor) is a good gentleman when I talked to him. Both of them are good communication. I will come back with them if I need another service in the future.

I just have say how pleased I was with the professionalism and care taken by our Loan Officer Kirsten Levin and the the Processor Mindy Thuman. When my mother passed away, I needed help in dealing with and finding a loan to pay off a reverse mortgage she had in place. My situation was rather complicated due to debt to income issues, but having very good credit Kirsten Levin helped me out immensely by advising which debts that needed to be paid off and which copies of various statements as well as legal paperwork pertaining to the reverse mortgage, my mother's trust, will, etc. Kirsten Levin's knowledge of not only conventional home loans, but of getting out of a reverse mortgage situation was very beneficial and made things much easier and put my mind at ease. With her Kirsten Levin's help, my debt to income ratio issue was resolved (not many mortgage brokers would have the patience to advise me) rather quickly and I was approved for a mortgage at a very reasonable rate. Kirsten Levin made me feel as I was her only client and always kept me abreast of the loan process. Kirsten Levin truly cares about her clients and goes over and beyond with her service! December 2020 Update: Kirsten Levin called me in October to inform me that it was a good time to refinance. She provided the information on the options available to me (straight refinance, refinance with cash out, 15 year, 30 year, etc.). I opted for just a refinance with no cash out which was best for my situation. The process was very simple. I locked into a rate that was 1.25% less than the original refinance I had in the spring and it funded quickly. Kirsten Levin is true to her word and the teamwork she has with underwriter, Lori Sharon is phenomenal. Both are quite knowledgeable of different types of mortgages, the paperwork needed, and communicating on a regular basis as to which stage things are from the approval stage to the funding stage. I really recommend Kirsten and Lori to help anyone who is shopping for a mortgage or refinance. They won't steer anyone wrong. Kirsten Levin and Lori Sharon, thank you for everything!

Kirsten Levin with Landmark Mortgage was very helpful in securing me a refinance loan ! She advised me to wait for the right time to lock in the rate and it was worth it because I got the lowest rate at the end. She tried hard to get me the loan I wanted eventhough there are some complications near the end, she didn’t give up. Most of the time, she answered phone calls, e-mails, and text messages as soon as she gets them. She also explains the process very clearly so it is easy to understand every step of the way. We've tried other mortgage companies with refinancing in the past, but Kirsten and team have been more expedient, and they were very patient with us and made sure all figures were correct before moving to the next step. We had some questions about certain line items, but she went through each item line by line so we were always on the same page.
