My card regularly gets declined because of "system updates" I even get locked from using my card for fraud when it's somewhere I make purchases often. If you don't want to get embarrassed or not be able to pay your bill at a restaurant don't bank here.

Tried to join and open an account, though they said I didn't meet the criteria. However, I work literally within their area though they still wouldn't open an account. They must not want or need new business.

We had to take out a loan on a car. It was easy and fast . Very friendly people. And they get right to the point.

The lines are long because people who are not getting shots help the Covid stick around there for you have to wait Before Covid the bank was fast

Their ATM machines do not accept cash deposits. Of all the banks they have the longest lines in their drive through every time I am here it is 40 mins to and hour wait. No one ever answers the phone at the branches it is a call center that has often stated a 3 hour wait to speak to a representative.

My goodness is this place slow. 1 person working the windows and she's on the phone with a customer at the window. Like people have stuff to get done. Take him into a office and help the other customers with quick transactions

The management nor tellers have any customer service skills. Waited an inordinate amount of time (20 mins) for the service I needed (and this didn't count time spent in line to get to a teller) just to be told their equipment wasn't working and it would be an additional 10-15 minutes. The manager who I spoke with lacked any kind of empathy for the fact that I had waited so long I was now late for work nor the fact that I would have to return to have the service completed.

Long waits in drive-thru, staff are rude, terrible phone system, natrosious online, made my wife stand outside in the snow. She had to fight with security guard for entry. Worst of all screwed me over on car loan. Go to ECU or UWCU DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE !!!!!!🤬

I have an auto loan with Landmark. It's taken out via direct withdrawal from my other banking institution. Out of sight out of mind kind of thing and the loan is just about paid off. However I've had trouble logging onto their website at which last time it advised me to contact an associate. So I stopped in to inquire about that and ref opening a credit balance transfer invite I received in the mail plus to possibly just do all my banking with them. The associate I met with was in an office and he made it seem like I was burdening him and stated that typically I need to make an appointment for these inquiries and he doesn't work in that department yet then said he could look up my info indicating he has the capabilities and clearance to do so. Again he made it seem like it was putting him out. I just decided to leave.

I called to speak with someone regarding my car loan awhile back. Because no matter how many online payments i make, it never correctly adujusts the amount owed. I was told im on a different kind of loan. A loan that charges interest daily. I spoke with few people regarding this and show them how i make my payments, let it process, and the amount owed is never correct. Interest is charged daily for all vehicles. Im not quite sure what that means. What i do know is that my credit score is 700 and my intrest rate is 8.6 and its not adjustable because i pay interest daily. I owe too much to switch to a different place that offers me an extremely lower interest rate. I have been paying on my vehicle for 2 years and the system says i owe 24,000 dollars. When it really should be around 14000. Anyhow, you cant deposit money through their ATM. So, i dont even use my bank accounts with them. Who wants to wait hours to bank with a credit union that has no deposit ATM? To speak with someone in the establishment, its impossible and the reason is because of the pandemic but you are still making good money on my high intrest rate. When people show you who they are, believe them. Lesson learned.
