Landmark Credit Union Market Way, Watertown

This credit union is all about how to get fees from you. That's how you are worth more to them. Their processing of transactions is set up in a way to intentionally be able to charge fees and have absolutely NO regard for the customers who pay their wages. This credit union has been sued over their terrible business practices. DON'T GO HERE!!! They have been taking advantage of their customers more and more and refuse to do anything to help their customers!!

My law firm has been with Landmark Credit Union for 1.5 years. We have always been happy and have never had issues. The tellers are particularly great. I went in today to deposit a check (no cash back) and was told about half of it will be held for FIVE BUSINESS DAYS!?!?!?! The policy started today. Really? It was a check for an amount smaller than our usual deposits and we have NEVER been overdrawn or had other issues. Unfortunately, our firm will be closing our account there immediately and have to bank elsewhere now.

This credit Union is supposed to be a not for profit organisation that is seemingly far from that. Their customer service is usually pretty good however the policies that they have make you wonder if you are truly valued as a customer since they are happy to overcharge you fees when you overdraft for even a penny

The customer service at this branch is horrible. The store and assistant managers are both rude and have no tact. Every time you come here there is a line several people deep and they never have more than 2 tellers. Forget about them counting coins for you, they don't have a machine. Ask to apply for a loan and they make you wait instead of promptly greeting you and helping. Stay away from this institution!

Always had good experiences with my banking needs. The lines do get long. Not sure why.

I have a new auto loan with them and made my first payment split over 2 paycheck prior to the due date. The system still shows that I owe for half of the first payment, yet on another screen it shows that it's paid. I've stopped in 3 times over the last week to get this fixed so it doesn't show that it's late. I get told that they will contact someone with the loan to get it fixed- still nothing. There is no follow through with anything. They need to change their motto because I definitely don't feel like I'm worth more here. ** Update ** the problem is fixed, but I feel that it could have been taken care of a lot sooner.

Wow so many bad reviews, I’ve never had a bad experience here. Always polite and quick. Never have to wait more than 5 min. Once we had a wire transfer from someone and it took a long time and we had to go in back room with manger but it was handled with professionalism and the tellers are always kind. I go at least once a week or once every other.

I have been banking at this Landmark branch for sometime now. I have never had a visit were the staff was not helpful, kind, and caring to my needs. Yes sometimes it is busy but in this busy world everyone needs to realize that the person being waited on ahead of you might need some extra time. I can't say enough how great everyone is at this Walmart branch.

Waited for ~1 hour and 45 minutes and still was unable to receive service to open an account. Very slow and not customer oriented. There are most certainly better credit unions in the area.

I have never had a problem here. The employees are all very nice and helpful. The wait is rarely more than a couple minutes.
