    No customer service at all. Left 2 voicemail messages to a personal banker and never received a call back. I went into the bank and asked the teller if I could meet with a personal banker and he said he would email the banker!! I am not sure if the teller even did that. I simply sat down in a chair and waited for someone. Customer service is so important but this Landmark location is lacking in it. Very sad.

    I was one of the early members at Landmark CU, probably 25+ years ago. Wow! Things change . . they built huge new infrastructure and there is NO Customer Service anymore. Crazy . . and don't blame it on COVID - they are using that as an excuse. There is absolutely no rational reason to wait 45+ minutes - ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS on the phone for assistance. And no, my issue isn't found on their website or some chatbot. Ill be leaving soon . . or as soon as I can figure out how to close my accounts. sad . . .

    If you can I’d avoid ever doing business with landmark, they’re crooks and scam artists..... I have medical conditions amongst other things that disparage me from making it into a physical branch location, they keep locking my account and refusing to unlock so I can’t make payments then charge me for a late payment and give me “insufficient funds” charges when the account they’re pulling from isn’t insufficient at all...... it takes me almost another month to get things handled.... these people don’t care about their customers what so ever!! I HIGHLY SUGGEST USING SUMMIT CREDIT UNION OR GUARDIAN!! Landmark is a joke and they will not have your back or help you with anything..... they might think they’re slick but obviously not that smart when they’ll let thousands and thousands upon thousands walk over $235...... been on the phone over an hour wit people that don’t have a clue..... I’m sure this review is wasted because they won’t fix or change anything I’m sure, but maybe it can save someone else the trouble the hassle and the headache of these frauds

    UPDATE: Withing days I was contacted by bank manager who offered personal services and apologies for my experience. Appreciated this added touch and concern. INITIAL ISSUE: After months of considering I finally decided to transfer my accounts to Landmark CC and visited the Hartland, WI. location. The bank product offerings are competitive and do fit my needs. However, it was the representative with whom I dealt with to open my accounts that created a very negative and lasting impression. Ms.T. Rice was impersonal, insensitive, rushed the process, and met my account questions with "talk down" responses. If I needed further clarification, the poor attitude intensified, as if she thought I was stupid. I hope this was not representative of future dealing with the institution.

    It takes for ever to talk to someone on line. The last 2 times it has been over an hour. I tried to look into a loan and it toke me 2 weeks to talk to someone. I go through the drive through and that takes for ever.. Last time it toke over an hour. This use to be a 5 star bank. What happened. I'm thinking about moving my accounts. my daughter goes to another bank and she can get service right away.

    I have been a member with Landmark for about 5 years now, and I don't see myself ever switching banks! They have always treated me so well, and have caught fraudulent activity on my account multiple times, and I was always able to get all of my money back thanks to Landmark. The reason for this review with this particular location is because of a seminar that I attended there on 2/12/2020. The Hartland Landmark hosted a "First Time Home Buying" seminar and it was OUTSTANDING! A mortgage loan agent, a real estate agent, and a home inspector all spoke to us, gave us lots of helpful handouts, and gave us such great information! I was so impressed! This seminar truly was so informative and made me feel so much better about getting into the home-owning world. I am shocked that this was a free class. I found it so helpful I would have paid up to $50 to attend! I highly recommend Landmark Credit Union, but specifically, the Hartland location.

    Least favorable of any Landmark Credit Union location. ATM frequently out of order. Experienced this one morning, went to teller, asked to process withdrawal, she said my credit union may charge a fee and it would only take five minutes for the ATM to function as they were filling the machine. Went outside, tried the ATM after five minutes, was not functional. No apology, no courtesy.

    Never returns your calls, takes forever for the drive throw, coin michein doesn't work and the staff are very rude.

    Thank you for your feedback. Due to the closure of branch lobbies during the COVID-19 pandemic, drive-thru use and wait times have increased. All lanes at the Hartland branch have been open and manned by a teller at all times. However, we offer several alternative methods to conduct business that do not require visiting the branch, including remote deposit capture, online banking and telephone banking. In addition, deposits and payments can be placed in the night depository. We apologize for your inconvenience and are always looking for ways to better serve our members.
