Landmark Credit Union Horicon St, Mayville

I’ve been banking with these guys for 10 years and still can’t believe I’m here I have so many negative things to say I don’t know where to start for the last five years I’ve had no problem cashing checks doing money orders and now all of a sudden there’s a new lady and all my checks are on hold now absolutely ridiculousness. why should it be the customers fault that the bank can’t keep an employee? 50% of loans will be denied from this bank save yourself the time stress and go to another bank. Worst Bank around. Pretty obvious when you see the employee rotation that they don’t take care of people let alone their employees.

By far the absolute worst new account creation I have ever had at a bank. From cards not working/getting cancelled, to them inputting my SS number in wrong, to depositing funds physically at the bank into the wrong accounts. I would suggest not using this branch. ***Update 2 weeks later**** Manager Mike called the day of the above review and straightened some things out. To get my wife to see our newly jointed account he said she needed to fill out a joint member account form. Bank is unaware of this form. Also she made a payment to her credit card at this branch, in cash, and these people put it in our joint checking account. Hold times are ridiculous to get ahold of anyone. Thoroughly not impressed.

Worst online website, good luck trying to figure how to pay your bill .... its 2022, come on get this fixed landmark this is getting old.

If I could give this less than one star, I would - this is a big bank disguised as a credit union - total scam - every product they offer is a tool to take money from you to increase their coffers AND their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They will never answer the phone and have the worst internet/app banking imaginable!!!!

This was a while ago but I’m just now remembering I wanted to write a review. I have no idea who was at the till but it was an older women and she was so rude. I went to deposit a government refund check and she told me that my husband’s signature was not his. I just went to the Hartford location. Much nicer staff.
