There phone system is absolutely horrible to try to talk to someone. If it wasn't for how nice everyone that works there is I would close every account in the morning and go somewhere else to bank. How can such a nice bank have such a worthless phone system?

Terrible, Terrible customer experience. Spoke to my boyfriend except me, the one tryna deposit money, and spoke so quietly. Everytime I asked a question I was ignored. I talked to three different people ALL SUCKED!!! Never coming back

My favorite bank. Melissa R. Helped me set up my business lines 10 years ago. Since I have added personal lines as well. I have always been treated fair. A couple other branches I have had an associate be silly but this location has been especially excellent.

Went in to cash a check ( I don’t bank there ) and they wouldn’t do it for me. Never had that issue anywhere else before, and don’t get why it is one, especially for a $50 check. Oh well.

I've been with them for 12 years, never had an issue. Have had 3 loans through them and also always get my issues solved without a problem.

Can't go into the office to get something done and can't do it online. Try calling for help and I have to wait hours (literally hours) for someone to take my call. Covid started over a year ago. They should have had plenty of time to increase staff and setup remote call takers. No excuse for the horrible service. Update, one added start because the person that finally answered the call was very nice.

Tellers need to learn to count and how to apply customer service. Their favorite words are “I am sorry.” They make that sound like F’U! “I cannot count $3.00 worth of quarters.” Things there have gone down hill big time!

Used to be ok 10-20 years ago. Now I go elswhere. Like many other businesses these days, the customer is no longer the focus.
