I bought a house 10 months ago and asked this company to reissue the title on a refi. They have to do practically no additional work, but they refuse to offer reissue rates that many other title companies would offer at a reduced rate. The rates they offer are higher than what can be found anywhere online for BRAND NEW title work. SHOP AROUND FOR BETTER RATES!!! What a scam.

We had such a great experience at Land Title. Our agent was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She was able to accommodate our busy schedules when it came to signing and made sure we understood all documents involved.
