Land Title in Evergreen Colorado is an amazing group. Buying and selling mountain homes can come with challenges. Back in the day, business was done on a hand shake or simply 2 neighbors thinking they had a deal because someone signed an agreement on a napkin! Sometimes the napkin never got recorded!!! Or a good intention led to an illegal division of land! Land Title is a great title company that works with buyers and sellers.
