Stay away fom this company! They will pull your credit witout your consent and then lie and say they had "verbal consent". i am now dealing with a nightmare trying to get the hit removed. All they had to do was tell the company that runs credit for them the truth and it would have been taken care of, but instead, Eric O'Connor in the Rancho Bernardo office, is trying to act like he did not brake the law! Corporate won't call me back, his boss won't call me back and i am now forced to spend time and resources to take care of something they could have done with a phone call. After reading the reviews, I am happy to find out now what they are really like before i did business with them!
