Lamar National Bank S Collegiate Dr, Paris

I used to like this bank, but lately they haven't been cleared with me, making changes in my loan without notifying me, making excuses about they try to reach me by mail, they have my phone number if is important they should call or make an effort but these changes only affects me not them they didn't care. Really upset with this bank.

I am disappointed and in shock at how this bank treated me after me being hacked from a gas pump .I lost close to 300 dollars and still haven't gotten my money. I was told to get police report and file case number with bank and I did. I've been hung up on . Treated like I'm bothering them . I am out of money and I live pay check to pay check . I am out of gas and out of food. I had to borrow money from a friend to get buy until I get paid. I am so hurt and mad . The bank hasn't once said sorry just been rude at both branches paris and reno . I am finally told I have to wait ten days to get my money. I will close my account asap. Don't get a account here. They care nothing about their customers .

The lady Maria was so helpful as I sat outside doing my paperwork. And the lady Erin was very knowledgeable and answered my questions.

Although I'm aware that I have no great money in this Bank when I walk in they treat me as though I own the bank I heard a policy one time that was made we can teach you the banking business but we can't teach you how to be friendly it is a friendliest Bank I've ever been in I gave it a five-star but if I could great Bank great people bilingual employees as well before you go anywhere else check out Lamar National Bank you'll probably never leave

What a joke. We went in to open a new account. I called first to make sure they were open, the lady said they were but we had to wear a mask. Ok. They have an inner lobby and outer waiting area. When we got there she asked us to wait in the outer waiting area. Ok. Then the new accounts lady came out with the paperwork and wanted us to fill it out in the outer waiting area. NO! If masks and social distancing work why would you do business that way??!! We left and went to Guaranty. They were open, required no masks and didn't make us feel like we would infect them.

Constantly messing things up any online purchase you try to make they will decline your card an you have to call fraud detection say you make a few purchases after 2 purchases your card gets declined you let them know to stop declining it for that online store make a few more purchases an they will decline it again an say this happens over the weekend there is nothing you can do about until Monday I have had this happen 3 times now with in 2 days an you have a contract with them for at least 2 years that you can't cancel unless you pay them. By far worst bank I have ever banked with I highly recommend you choose any other bank besides Lamar National they may seem nice an helpful but it seems to me they don't know what they are doing.
