The guys at Lakeview are great. Last year Joe helped me go from a 30 to a 20yr mortgage. I had requested that he let me know if rates drop again. He called me two weeks ago and we we just wrapped up doing a 15yr. In total, we were able to take my interest rate down 1.5% and reduce my payoff by 15 years. Very happy with the entire experience.
