Lake City Bank S Huntington St, Syracuse

LCB has been my bank since before I even knew what a savings account was as a child. It has always been a bank where you feel like "family" and everyone is extremely helpful, courteous, and just fantastic at their jobs. A special shout out to Brittni for her assistance in the loan department, who has been great at helping us with navigating several transactions.

Kim, Millie, Brittni, Kayla, and Dawn are the best! I rely on them to make sure my deposit it accurate. They are very friendly and make you feel at home. I look forward going to the bank because they always make my day a little brighter. They take good care of us at Wilby’s #7.

Well, this is probably one of the few times I will usually leave a review! I want to give credit to Brittni at Syracuse. She went above and beyond on a used car loan. I have always dealt with Fort Financial and had good luck, but this time I wanted to check locally as that is now where my personal and business banking is. Went in inquired about rates and they were already beating my credit unions rates and she was much more personable and polite. Applied got the rate we were wanting to be at, and terms as well, within about 2hrs we were headed to pick up the car I had been wanting. Brittni I can't thank you enough for the quick service and turnaround especially as busy as you were when I had came in! I will be doing all my banking and purchase banking through you!! Kim and the girls in Syracuse all around do a fantastic job!

I have a business account with Lake City Bank. Any time i call with questions or request the girls are a big help. Brittany also helps alot when i have an issue or question about my account and how i messed things up. I've caught her at lunch before and she still made it happen.

Kayla, Kim, Dalon, and Brittni have been great! Customer service with them is at the highest standards and are great help! Thank you guys! If it weren't for the Syracuse branch, I would probably bank elsewhere.
