LA Financial Credit Union N Kiowa Blvd, Lake Havasu City

This overall company is a nightmare. I’ve been with this bank for almost a decade and I’m finally ready to cancel my account. The only decent staff who worked here have long left the company and it’s time I leave as well. They are very transactional and do not treat customers with dignity and do nothing to assure memorable and kind experiences. Throughout the years I’ve had to speak on the phone with agents like Adriana Sara and her demeanor is very tumultuous, manipulative, and villain like. The employees are lackluster and seem like their work is torturous. There are many other branches with more equitable incentives. I don’t recommend at all.

Only went in once because they are connected to my CA Credit Union, so I do not have to change after moving. Very friendly service and handled my reason for being there quickly.

Financed my my second vehicle here. Great financing. The only con is that we had an "Operations Officer" aka Banker, and she was very rude at first. After she walked away I grabbed her card and I made sure she doesn't treat anyone else in a unprofessional manner (horrible attitude). On the bright side of things, I worked with Kimberly the Manager and she was awesome and straight to the point. Havasu credit union has been our bank since I can remember and I keep going back because of its flexible lending!

Friendly and very helpful. They will do whatever they can to help. Never had a problem.
