Absolutely loved my gel manicure! They were so patient, kind, and detail oriented. I came in with an idea and the talented manicurists did a fabulous job. Recommend this place always! ❤️

I went to Oscar Nails earlier today, and I wanted to cry with the result I got. I went to La Bella for the first time today hoping to fix the nail art, and they went above and beyond! It looks even better than the photo I showed them. I’ll be going back next time! If you want nail design, this is the place to go.

CiCi… oh my gosh I cannot say enough! She could do dip ombré with her eyes closed! I moved here from MN you n October 2021— months tried SO MANY nail places I was about to give up! My daughter in law recommended me to La Bella—and it’s like 3 minutes from my home… I was lucky enough to get CiCithe first time! She has such talent for understanding what you want or what you’re looking for—and making it happen! I 💯 recommend this place—so clean and such friendly staff-most of them remember me when I come in—so nice! And the complementary wine or mimosa’s is such a great way to unwind and get in your “self-time” … I will never let anyone else do my nails !

I've gone to a lot of nail salons and many are terrible. La bella is not only the best salon one ever gone to they're affordable too.

I got a pedicure and dip manicure here a few days ago and was very impressed with the experience. While one lady did my toes, another did my hands and I felt very relaxed. They both did a fantastic job! I will definitely be back and will recommend to my friends.

I only have a problem with the website and trying to schedule an appointment. I called the number on website (during stated business hours) and got a message stating “the person you are trying to call has a mail box that is full and cannot record any more messages”. So then, I checked the “contact us” box and entered my email address and message where prompted to do so, and when I tried to submit, got a message saying please correct the highlighted errors before submitting, but there were NO highlighted errors, and I double checked my email address for accuracy. I give up! Would have liked to try this business.

I have been going to La Bella for years, they have the best customer service and nail artists! Thank you La Bella for being such a great business.

I walked in and they were able to get my manicure and pedicure done in an hour and did a fabulous job! I will be back!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon it was almost comical. I’ve been here before and never had any major issues. They are always packed and always rushed but never have I left making an appointment to get my nails fixed elsewhere. My gold dip/gel was replaced with baby vomit tan/green that is see through and discolored. When I inquired PRIOR to them finishing the first layer I was met with eye rolls and told “we don’t have gold, you use this color”… I should have left then. I never received my hot stones or massage that I paid for and they kicked me out at 7pm on the dot to close with drying dip on my hands and no finish of lotion or oils. I have multiple cuts and all of my nails are shaped oddly. They were rushed, rude and too expensive to not fix the mistakes as requested. They also took our ticket AFTER giving it to us and added on $10 for no reason. Mask policy is questionable, 50% of the employees were sporting chin diapers. The pictures speak for themselves!

I called and was able to get an appointment for the same day, then we finished eating earlier than expected. I called back and they got us right in instead of waiting for an hour. This salon is clean, beautiful, and well thought out. The staff is courteous and very thorough, not rushing my experience at all. I wasn't nicked or cut once, and the nail tech was very firm yet gentle with massage. Sometimes technicians massage along my shin bone and it can be painful. Today, my technician did an incredible foot and calf massage. After the paraffin wax, my tech did another once over with the buffer and trimmed up before painting. My tech looked at the polish to make sure it was an even application. The prices compared with surrounding nail salons are great. I will definitely be coming back here!

The owner is rude! I got a pedicure and my nails dipped w tips, $125 after tip. I showed the nail tech a picture of the shape I wanted, square w narrowed in edges /very slightly coffin. She did my nails in the my pedicure chair so i didnt have a great view. Once i left i got into my car in the light and was so upset w the shape and lumps/dents in my nails. My nails we extremely extremely square, they had very noticeable lumps or indents in them and the dark polish looked uneven. I went to show my sister who is a regular and she was appalled. She insisted i go back and ask for them to be fixed. So i very kindly went back and showed the guy at the front desk. He said they would take care of me. The same nail tech came out, i could tell she was annoyed. I showed her the picture again and asked for them to be slightly more narrow at the top and asked if she could fix the bumps/dents. Then the owner came over and started filing away at my nails saying i asked for the wrong shape and next time to make sure i know what i want. I was so upset by this treatment i didnt really say anything, i just sat there while she filed aggressively at my nails. When she finished i almost started crying, the UGLIEST shape i have ever seen in my entire life. Like i cannot believe they allowed me to leave w my nails looking like this. Now tomorrow i’m going to have to go somewhere else and pay again to have my nails redone. Such a waste of money and my time. I will NEVER go here again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had such high hopes for this place, and it is really a lovely salon. Unfortunately, they seem understaffed. This was my second visit and I had an appointment, I was left at a station that had not been cleaned to soak my fingers in acetone for 30 mins without anyone checking on me. Finally, after 45 minutes a technician came and she was so friendly and pleasant (it was the highlight of the experience). However, even after two hours my nails ended up being less than satisfactory. My index finger nail had to be touched up twice before I could leave and today it’s still not right (photo). I hope they can hire appropriately and resolve the timing issues for appointment customers. It’ll be a while before I go back to try again.

So relaxing! This place is cozy, clean, and very well upkept! Little busy but they have the room & the staff to keep up! They are very talented and not once tried to talk me out of what I wanted or talk me into more expensive. I really needed this experience today 10/10 recommended! ✨

I had a wonderful experience at La Bella Nail Spa. They were incredibly polite and professional. My appointment started on time and I was made comfortable while selecting my colors. I opted into a full SNS set and pedicure, and two nail techs were able to help me at the same time (one doing the pedicure and the other doing my nails) which sped up the process but was still very relaxing.They even offer free wine and mimosas if you spend over $45 (I opted out of this one since my appointment was at 9:30am). I will definitely be returning in the future and will make this my regular nail salon while living in the Proctor District!
