They steal peoples money and say you didn’t pay your bill, that hilarious, you lose customers that way!!!

Poor service. I closed my account over a year ago with L & N. To just find out today that they didn't fully close my account like I told them over a year ago. When I asked why not closed like I said a year ago. The refused to answer & said have a nice day then hung up.

I wish I wasn't stranded out of town with no money. Thank you L&N. I use my debit card for emergencies. I like the security of a credit card and how it isn't tied directly to my bank account so I typically use my Capital One instead. I left my Capital Once card with the wife as I went out of town (still in Ky). I end up having an emergency and try to use the L&N card and it gets declined. I call them up and they inform me since I haven't used the card a lot this year they cancelled it, without notifying me, while keeping the account open. The best they can do is have me come into the branch 2 hours away or they can ship one to my house, also 2 hours away.

Karla (manager in the call center ) is fantastic!! I was having uses with my card being properly unblocked so I could book a flight and Karla fixed everything AND more within 2 hours. I am so thankful for the great service!!

Staff really pleasant! You can tell when a company treats it's workers well. I love this Credit Union.

Will never take a loan out with them again! Took over six months to close on a re-finance, had constant issues throughout and customer service was abysmal. Constant excuses for delays and incorrect numbers! Credit score issue took over a year to resolve. Management is terrible (Dixie Hwy branch).

I have kept my account with this bank even after moving and then coming back. Always great service and willing to go the distance in customer service.

Do not bank with these people. They stole my money. They have money of mine setting in an account and they wont give it to me. I dont owe them anything they just wont give me my money. My phone company tried to take my payment but it wouldn't go through so i called the bank. The bank said that they released my money to the phone company and that the phone company had to accept the money. Well my phone got shut off due to nonpayment. I talked to the bank again and they said it was still the phone company that wasn't completing the the process. So i waited a few days and still nothing. So i went to my phone company and the guy turned his computer around so i could see it. Every time he tried to take my payment out of the bank it said it could not be processed. So i called my bank and they said they would not give me my money back because they did release my money to the phone company but they said i could cancel the payment for a fee of 30 something bucks. So i took the rest of my money out that bank and told them to close my account. They said they couldn't close it. So i told them i dont care what they do and left

These guys are great . They caught someone trying to steal my money twice . I really appreciate their help . I think I been with them now over5 years

The worker in the 1st office inside was rude and seemed prejudice saying your account probably goes negative often.
