i waited over 1 hour to pay off my loan and re loan, i didnt get greeted or anything when i walked in karen was on her phone talking to someone the whole time. finally it was my turn to come up i told her what i needed to do she looked at me like i was stupid and then she asks me again all i said was " hi i came tonpay off my loan and re loan " worst customer service ever

The lady at the San Bernardino office is very very rude acts like you are bothering her when you go in there then when you call to see if you can reloan she gives you a freaking attitude never again

I called over the phone and i prepared all my documents according to what the lady told me. She refuses to get me a payday loan and thus wastrd my time. She never mentioned any hidden criterias in which gets u disqualified thus wasting my time. Dont even bother going here. Indoors there is no air and ventilation and thus prone to getting airborn illnesses. Not to mention the hidden criterias in which get u disqualified. An ID. bank statent and paystub isnt enough. trust me there will be hidden criterias that will get u disqualified

Karen hates her job! Arrives at 9:20am but opens at 9:00am. Has an attitude and very rude! Please find someone who actually wants to come to work! If I could give no stars I would -10 👻🍅🍅

Customer service is no where in this place Just not the a happy environment I don’t think this is the field for her sorry the process was poor

The women here are awesome! I have options on where I can get my payday loan from but I choose to go here soley because of their CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am thankful for this loan place, it has helped me through some tuff times. And to the ladies that work there, you all are great and don't ever think that you are not appreciated because you are. Four stars only because of the size of the location. On a crowded day it can get crammed in there.

My experience started off ok like any other loan place. But became very displeased with the whole experience when th representative LIED to my face. I asked did she run a credit check, she stated "NO i didn't ". But the thruth was she did and it was vonfirmed that she did when she gave me a paper stating that she just ran a credit check and that i can get a free report from agency within 60 days. Smh!!! If i knew she was gonna run a credit check i wouldn't have even bothered comin here because to be 100% real i know i got bad credit. This place is not to be trusted.
