Kyle is a great lender. We have been working together for some time. He amazed me with his closing timeframe this week. We went under contract on a property with our buyer on 5/3/2022. As of today 5/12/2022 he informed us that our buyer is cleared to close. Our original close of escrow was 5/25/2022. He was able to get cleared to close in 9 days INCLUDING getting the appraisal report back. Our client and our agents are very happy with his work. Would HIGHLY recommend.
