My wife and I are repeat customers with Kyle Murata. He was excellent the first go around on our purchase of a home in Hawaii. Two and a half years later, with over a year of Covid-19 challenges, he came through spectacularly in the refinance of the Hawaii home as well as an Arizona home. If it was immediately necessary he would call, as when he learned that an interest rate hike was coming the next day, he called alerting of papers online to sign in order to lock in the lower interest rate (before the next day rate hike).
