I have purchased 3 vehicles from Kurt Johnson and it has been a great experience every time. I did however have an issue with my last purchase, but Kurt, Kevin, and Mindy were absolutely amazing and got it taken care of. The personal attention I received from each one of them was amazing. I am very happy and thankful for everything they did for me. As long as Kurt Johnson’s Auto Sales is in business they have a customer for life. I would not hesitate for one second to purchase form them again. Thank you all. You have one happy customer! The service department was as equally helpful and friendly.

Our sales man was very nice, and made it a very comfortable experience! I was looking for a 3rd car for my son, after the other 2 cars were totaled by other people! This was a pretty stressful time but, was made much easier by them. The only negative for me was, I would've really liked a discount on the price. Other than that, it was a really good experience!

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I went looking for a reliable family vehicle. That car is in the garage at least once a month for THE SAME THINGS! And I feel like I leave with even new problems every time!!! The owner doesn’t seem to care since the car isn’t his problem anymore. I wish I would have done more research before buying from them. I would have been better off just to buy a brand new car.

Been in contact with this dealership all week about an automobile on their lot I live over an hour away. I told them that I would be down on Saturday and I asked if it could be put on a lift and of course the garage isn't open on Saturdays but their mechanic would put it up on a lift and take pictures of the frame. And if it would possibly sell before Friday night at closure they would callI its now Friday night I haven't heard anything or seen anything so I called just to make sure that it is there before I drive an hour and find out that it's sold and they didn't even have the decency to call me like they said they would. So as far as trustworthy I would think twice I know I won't buy from them

I bought a 2019 wide body Hellcat Challenger from Kurt Johnson and I absolutely love it. The staff treated me like I was family from the beginning to the end of the sale. I would refer anybody to them.

Let's start on sunday april 14th. My at the time daily driver started to steam over. I had it, it was time for a new vehicle. The next day early in the morning i went to kurt johnson and was going to look at a 7 year old sedan thinking that was the best i can hope for, but then came Andy and Dean. They both went above and beyond to get me into the car i had my heart REALLY set on, a beautiful like new 2018 Elantra GT. This was the first time I ever bought anything this new, or took a loan out for a car at all. Every question was answered, they got me financed, and in just a bit over an hour and a half they had me driving away in an almost brand new reliable little hatchback with a fantastic warranty. These guys arent just a slogan, they seriously do whatever it takes to help you get in a car you need. Even while waiting for paperwork and calls to various banks they never stopped helping out. Andy introduced me to the service techs I would be dealing with, showed me his jeep, and just kept me and my friend who gave me a ride there company. I will DEFINITELY be going back to kurt johnson again for my next car whenever the time arises

Took my vehicle there to sell. Super easy, and I would consider it fast. I was there a total of 45 minutes, from them going to look at the car to cutting me a check. Price was generous. Adam was who I worked with, contacted me after using KBB for a cash offer. Like the commercials you always here on the radio and see on tv, it really is easy.

We were looking to sell my mother’s car. She is 88 and didn’t drive anymore, we checked around for prices and Kurt beat all offers. It was quick and easy. Kurt and everyone one there were very friendly and nice. All I can say is Kurt gave us a deal we couldn’t refuse.

My girlfriend and I are having our first child in a couple months. We knew we couldn’t possibly lug the newborn around in the old clunker we were driving before. So I was poking around a few websites one night and I came across the application for Kurt Johnson’s credit approval. First let me just say, the application was super fast and simple and I was almost instantly approved for a credit loan through capital one. So the next day we bashfully poked our heads into the main office of Kurt Johnson’s, not really sure what to say or expect. I tried my best to act confident but I’m sure it was obvious that I was clueless on what I was doing. The man that assisted us was Kevin Brown-our hero. If I could rate the man personally, I would give him 10 stars out of 5. He was very polite and patient. He understood that we didn’t have the greatest looking status on paper and that we weren’t born with silver spoons in our mouthes , nonetheless, he worked very hard to get us a deal with capital one that we could afford. I think he could tell we were both honest, hardworking people who really needed a break in life and he put up a real fight for us to get the car we wanted. Now I’m an amateur when it comes to car dealings. I’m an amateur when it comes to cars, period, but I have a very strong feeling that he was doing a lot more for us in the background then I was even aware of. So with a little money down and a quick little trade-in, we were able to walk out THAT DAY with a beautiful, clean, 2017 Hyundai Elantra hatchback. It’s the perfect car for our little family in the making. Honestly I’m a little late in writing this review, as we’ve had the car for about a week and a half now, but I gotta say... I LOVE LOVE LOVE every second I spend in that car. It’s by far the nicest car I’ve ever owned and i can’t wait to make many wonderful memories in it down the line. Was in the market for an suv decided to give this place a try. Found a car we wanted and we wanted to trade our car. the gentleman took all our information made copies of everything told us to contact him tomorrow. We'll tomorrow came and he informed us that we was denied. I knew that wasn't right because both of us had excellent credit scores. And he wanted to give us $500 for our vehicle as a trade. We said thanks left and found another suv some place else. Called did the application over the computer. Got the results within 2/3hrs that we was approved for a very BIG loan and they would give us $1600 for our trade. and we could come in tomorrow morning sign paperwork and drove off with our brand new 2016 suv. Days later we get letters in the mail from the credit company Kurt Johnson was using just to find out that none of our information was input correctly from our last names to our ss#. That's why we wasn't approved keep in mind he had a copy of all our documents. Either way God had better plans for us and that wasn't were we was supposed to get our vehicle from. I would buy a car from them personally but the staff was friendly and they have alot of options.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Ricky, Tyler & the crew at Kurt Johnson Service since moving to DuBois 9 years ago. They’ve done excellent work very quickly at amazingly fair prices. My first experience there gives a great example. Before we met, my wife had bought a used car from their sales department with 3rd party aftermarket warranty. The 3rd party company went out of business before the warranty expired and we had a brake issue that should have been covered. Kurt Johnson Service covered the repair out of their pocket getting the car back on the road quickly and painlessly.
