So I would like to start out with this. So last year we got pre approved for a USDA loan and said we are all good to go will I’m going to make it short after not finding a house because of the market we decided to what till 2022 to apply again so we did and she said o will we messed up because of some dispute we had in are credit report so if we did find a house in 2021 we would of been scared. So she said will just fix them and pay this account off and we will be good to go we did that and she re ran are credit and she tells use o we need more credit so I said okay what all do we need to do and she said we need u to pay this and that off after she just told use to pay one account off and she told use to have a Verizon account removed off are credit report. So this was a very very bad experience that we have had with them. I went to them just because they had a 5 star but look like 5 star don’t matter anymore. Go throw your bank if u can they do a lot more and know a lot more about mortgage loans the a small company.

Working with Leah (my loan originator) and Mikayla (my loan processor) was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive and always took time to answer my detailed questions thoroughly. Since I was a first-time home buyer, they explained all the steps in the purchasing and financing process and helped me navigate the new territory. I bought a home in Ohio while I was living in Florida, so it took over a year to work out a permanent remote-work arrangement with my employer and find a home while living over 1000 miles away. Leah was incredibly patient over the year+ that we worked together and never gave up on me or wrote me off while I was getting everything in order. Once I found the home for me, Leah even helped counsel me through moments of doubt and indecision when issues came up with the inspection. I would highly recommend Leah, Mikayla, and the whole team at KTL Performance Mortgage. It's because of them that I own my dream home today!

I am very pleased with the service I received from kTL Performance Mortgage. I bought my house back in 2020. I went through them back then and was very happy with the process. In 2021 interest rates dropped to all time lows. They called me about refinancing the home for a lower rate. They did not need to call me but they did. After the refinancing they go my interest dropped from 4.6% to 2.7% saving me over $100.00 a month on my mortgage payment. Thank You Kory and the rest of the team at KTL Performance Mortgage.

Everyone at the office was very professional and they were great to work with.
