Kevin is wonderful. I contacted him about refinancing our mortgage and paying off a HELOC with another lender. He was able to clearly explain and walk me through the process on our initial call, so I decided to work with him on the refi. Kevin was able to get us a fantastic rate on our new loan. He also took the time to answer all of my questions (and there were a lot of them) throughout the process. He was patient, kind, and highly responsive. He also gave a personal touch, calling when needed and checking in on us to remind us about docs, due dates, etc. He even reminded us after the sale that we were eligible for the Maryland Tax Credit and provided the information to apply.
