I hadn't been through the home buying/borrowing process in over 10 years and had long since forgotten what all needed to be done. Kory walked me through every step of the process clearly and professionally. He made me feel very confident that everything was being taken care of and that I was in good hands. Throughout the process, Kory was available every time I needed; including over the weekends while I was submitting offers on prospective homes. He went above and beyond by calling the seller's agent on my behalf for each offer I submitted and assured them that my financing was all set.
