Shasta that works at exit 8 is very rude she even git a security guard on my 5 yr old just cause my daughter was setting in her seat wring or nit good enuff for her. She is a snot and a stuck up. So I do not go there any more . Complained on her manners an they said they would speak to her. Even the security guard was in disbelief.

I just want say thank you to Ashley Nicholson for being kind and very patient with me on helping me with rolling over my 401k to an IRA. I hope upper management sees this comment. Thank you again Ashley. Gary Clements

Polite, and patient tellers, service is always great. They take time to let you know when a service is down, and explain why. I've never had a better credit union, I wouldn't leave TVA for any other financial institution.

I Worked With Kim and she was very nice and knowledgeable she helped me a lot and worked over after hours to help me out and I appreciate her... this is a great bank and I would highly recommend !!

Have been a member of Knoxville TVA Credit Union for a about 10 years. They are always super friendly and have great customer service skills. If you need to call them you wont be on hold forever as they usually get to you in a timely manner. Their App is easy to use and any loan you have through them will also show up on the app making it easy to make payments.

We are constantly being locked out of our accts. here or it says we're using the wrong Log In information which we are not! This has happened 4 times since this past summer. Now, I get up this morning &, once again, cannot get on the Website. Says Log In is invalid. Look, we're intelligent people & we know exactly what our info is to Log In. We have even had our Bank Cards from here closed down saying our password on them is incorrect. Geez People. Sometimes I think someone is messing around with our accounts OR someone has hit a wrong button. We keep plenty cash in our accounts and have never been overdrawn. I can't take this anymore!!! Please be aware you might encounter the same problem.

Omg…..the prompts when you attempt to get someone physically on the phone. I can drive there faster other than that I’ve had a good experience with them.

Alright I typically don't leave a negative review but this one takes it all. I have banked here forever and a day and I still do, but let me outline the problem. The credit union has no problem when I make very large deposits, but when it's time to take some of MY MONEY out of my account I get treated very bad, almost like it's a crime to take my hard earned money out. The amounts exceed 5 figures, but that shouldn't make it any different than when I deposit the money and everyone is smiling ear to ear. Let's try to do a little better before I swap banks completely.

I visited the east Morristown TVA this past Saturday for my first time . And I am glad I did. I was skeptical of opening another account with a bank or credit union again. I was seen by lady named Misty. She was exceptional! And answered all my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond to answer more then what I initially came there for, but always had concerns about. She was very patient and knowledgeable of every question I had and gave me pointers on much needed help with finance and loan issues I always wanted to know about . I would highly recommend her!
