Worst bank around. I received my income tax refund via check and instead of cashing my check they told me I would have to wait 2 days after depositing. Okay, that's fine. Until I found out that they would be releasing my funds in WAVES. I won't be recovering my full check until the FOLLOWING Monday. So almost 2 weeks. I wouldn't have even deposited my check had I known this. What a joke. I would NEVER recommend going here. I will be taking out all my funds and banking with Regions once I get ALL of my money.

I had to call the credit union because they paid one of my utility bills, twice.so they told me it was the bill pay service problem, so transfer me to them.wasted an hour with them ,they wasn't able to get the money transfer back, actually called me to say they could not even get the utilities on the phone. I called the utilities, they answer right away, yes they register two payments but they won't send it back to the credit union. No explanation. Checked back with the credit union, there answer to the problem. .....just wait until next month, they will give you the credit then.!!!.I am glad that I have enough to cover the rest of the monthly expenses.

Iv been with this credit union for 26ish years. Always banked well. If something occured which was once and i informed them of it before damage done and they were great to get it and help. Now im going thru ruff patch and explained and all was good until i went to check on my refund. All of sudden i was treated so bad and imbarrassed that they did not want to hear my side. After i wasbtold proir that it wud be fine. Accounts wete closed without any notice and they took out my overdtaft unstead of working ir informing me with a closed account. I wud never bank there. They have no heart to good customers. I hope they gi under or get all new emplyees with a customer guide learning customers are always right book. Good ridens. DO NOT bank there. Love TVA! They're kind, helpful, and very friendly. Never had a bad experience here. My kids love coming in so they can get a "special treat". Great place to bank.

Not impressed with this branch at all. Sat waiting forever to speak with someone about a car loan. The security guard on duty finally helped me find someone who was just standing around doing nothing. She was rude and clearly didn’t want to help me so I went to the Holston branch which was great.

Friendly staff, very helpful and no checking "maintenance" fees.

Love this bank... But sure do wish they were opened on Saturdays . I have to ask off from work to get there for bank business. Its very inconvenience to me to travel to Chapman bank on Saturdays. Please update your ATM.

I hate banking here... They have the worst hours out of all the branches, and their ATM's are out of date compared to other branches. Every other branch is open until 5 or later Monday through Saturday... Get your s#@t together and do what every other branch does.

The best place in Knoxville to get an auto loan. Great people and great service.
