Can't get a hold of anyone when you call. Ever. The office is apparently closed. Voice message is low and gives personal extensions. No idea who to speak with to make a simple policy change. Fairly garbage excuse because of COVID, when every other insurance agency is open and taking calls or at least routed to an employee working from home.

When you call our office and choose an extension, the call is forwarded to that employee's cell phone.
