I’ve never purchased a guitar before but I thought to get one for my dad for Father’s Day as he’s always wanted to learn. I came here as I’ve lived here most of my life and I was assisted by a SUPER helpful employee, Michael Myers, who not only sold me the guitar but explained to me everything I might’ve needed to know about the different guitars they had in stock ranging from the difference in sound quality between a laminated and non-laminated and so much more. He offered great advice and plenty of recommendations on how to further my fathers guitar journey and that means a lot to me. He did a phenomenal job with me today and I will definitely come back whenever I want to explore more of a musical journey myself.

The have rented me PA systems, found me laptops, sold me jewelry, and even dug up heaters for me. It’s few and far between Ken or any member of his team has not been able to help me find what I’m looking for. Special thanks to Mike for the guitar tuneup and great deals as always. Been in Kk pawn Manchester Tn several times, like come check out their women's ring selection. I have a wonderful experience every time, and bought my second ring, and my 6yr old daughter her very first ring, yesterday. Family-owned since the Maharishi of Pawn, Mr. Keneth Huddleston opened shop about 1,000 years ago, the store has evolved into a staple home for musician's needs in Southern Middle Tennessee. They work with one of finest luthiers around, Tom Fuss.

I want to give Michael and Russell a shout-out and thank them for the great service and help yesterday and today. Bought Kat an acoustic guitar yesterday and had to trade it for another one today. See I bought her a left handed guitar by mistake. I never paid attention, I only paid attention to the style and color of the wood. After a few jokes Kat and I were in and out in no time. Again thank Michael, Russell and KK's. I highly recommend KK's.

I can’t say enough on how helpful and professional Juliet was on my jewelry purchase. I live out of state and she helped me over the phone purchase a present for a relative that lives in Manchester. The jewelry she selected was perfect! I will definitely go to Juliet again when the time comes for another jewelry purchase.
