In a crazy market, Matt from KK Homes was patient and very informative. Matt showed us many homes, helped us make several offers and finally helped get us into the right home for us. He was thoughtful and proactive. Matt would shuffle his schedule around quickly to get us into viewings quicker than other buyers so we would have an advantage. He and the KK team offered us great advice along the way in a difficult time to buy. Usually we had to bring our 5 year old with us for viewings and she loved Matt too! Whenever I purchase or sell again, I will definitely use KK Homes.

But Kyle was very accommodating, understanding, and helped me get into a great home before my deadline! Buying a home out of state and in today’s market isn’t for the faint of heart. My husband and I were stressed at the beginning of the process until we changed realty companies to KK Homes and started working with Matthew. He has truly gone above and beyond for us in so many ways, accommodating our every need in showing us homes virtually, explaining every part of the process in great detail, replying to text messages regardless of the time or day of the week, recommending services to us since we aren’t familiar with the area we are moving to, and the list goes on. He prepared multiple offers for us, and we are confident that we got our soon to be new home under contract because of his approach and handling of the “winning” offer. He’s become much more than our agent, we consider him our friend! We would recommend Matthew to anyone buying or selling a home-he’ll be who we use if we move again in the future!

I had an awesome experience with KK Homes. My situation was quite complicated as I live 2000 miles away from the house I was selling.The house is located in Virginia. I worked with Tabby Fisher, really she did all the work. Not only did she have to sell my house without me being there to assist, she had to deal with the tenant living in my house, who was also a family member. Tabby had to get in the middle of the family dispute and ultimately we sold the house with only 1 showing. The market was pretty hot, but between the family dispute, covid-19, and living so far from the property, Tabby had her hands full. She responded consistently to my texts and emails. Even after we sold the house, Tabby returned the cable tv box when my family member wouldn't. Tabby was great and a pleasure to work with. I also had some interaction with Hillary and Kathleen Kellett at the administrative side. Both were very responsive to my questions about how the process would work in finalizing the listing and the paperwork involved to sell the home. I would highly recommend KK Homes. I can't say enough nice things about the KK Homes team.

Ronda Laird with K&K Homes was a terrific realtor. She was very friendly and professional. It had been over thirty years since we purchased a home and the process has changed a lot. At first we were nervous to not only buy our first home- but do it remotely- but Matthew Pettway of KK homes was incredibly helpful and made the process go very smoothly. He was always easy to get in touch with, quick to respond, eager to do video tours, and had lots of good advice. We found our perfect home and was very glad we chose them.

Tabby and her team at KK Homes Team of Long & Foster Real Estate did such an amazing job helping us sell our home. Tabby came over for the initial visit and went through the home selling process with us and even did a walk through to go over home and advise on anything that should be done to make the home stand out more for buyers. During the initial visit we werent quite ready to list our home and they were very patient and ready to go once we were ready. Everyone from staging crew, photographer and Tabby herself was very professional, curtious, and punctual. Once home was listed they had their own app that I used through the process for appoint alerts, to accept or reschedule appoints, keep track of appointments, and even get feed back from potential buyers. We listed on a Thursday, had multiple offers by Monday which was sent to me in a spreadsheet by Tabby's team and Tabby went over each offer and helped weigh out the pros and cons so we could make an informed decision. After we were in contract Tabby even came by to check on our home for us while left empty for about 2 weeks prior to our closing date making our move out of state less stressful. I would definitely recommend them as they will take you through the process from beginning to end and will even be there after closing to help with any questions.

My husband and I had a great buying experience with KK Homes. Not being familiar with the Staunton VA area and not knowing any realtors, we lucked out meeting Matthew Pettway. Working with Kyle and KK Homes was a very enjoyable process. Kyle made selling our first home and buying our second stress free! With the help from Kyle and his team we were able to sell our first house for over asking price with multiple offers. The communication during this whole process was stellar. Kyle was always just a phone call or text away and he did not mind when I would ask 20 questions a day! My husband said we are never moving again, but I know who to call if I find myself needing a realtor!

Everyone on the KK Homes team was super helpful throughout our selling process. Tabby walked us through every question, checked in with us, set us up with an amazing photographer, and even helped us find someone to get a new storm door put on (the team is very handy!). When showing time came, she helped arrange almost 20 showings over one weekend and we ended up with multiple offers, all over asking price. Buying a new home from out of state in this market can't be done. However, with the help of Ronda Laird and the team at Long and Foster KK Reality it was almost easy. They would fine us homes to inspect, they would do the first one for us and learned what we really wanted and moved very fast as most were gone as soon as they came on the market. We found our new dream home and then the team amazed us by doing everything needed to bring the closing to happen. The team found us financing and insurance and the best rates in the area for both. I’ve used KK Homes to sell and purchase 3 houses. I highly recommend them for anyone, the entire staff is great and easy going. Never once had an issue or felt like I wasn’t a priority.
